Limited Lifetime Warranty
Effective January 1, 2010, Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser for as long as they own their
home that the cabinets manufactured by Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc. for residential use will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. During the warranty period,
Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc. will repair or replace, at its sole option, and after inspection and review of the claimed defect,
any defects in workmanship, defective materials, or defective parts at no charge to the original purchaser at the
original site of installation.
This warranty applies to the following items:
1. Cabinet front frames • 2. Cabinet doors • 3. Cabinet back panels • 4. End panels • 5. Shelves, trays
6. Cabinet tops and bottoms • 7. Drawer fronts • 8. Drawer bodies
This warranty is nontransferable.
Items Not Covered by the Limited Warranty
1.
Natural woods vary in color and exhibit color changes as they age. Cabinet colors darken or lighten over
time due to sunlight, smoke, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions. This warranty does
not apply to variations in color due to the foregoing.
2.
Painted face frames, doors, and other painted parts of the product may eventually have visible cracking
around the joint areas. These variations are considered the natural characteristics of the material in
relation to their environment and are not covered under this warranty.
3.
This Warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, Acts of God,
misuse, or negligence.
4.
This Warranty does not cover damage to the cabinetry as a result of modifications made to the cabinetry
by the owner, dealer, installer, or any agent or employee of same unless such person is an employee of
Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc.
5.
This Warranty does not apply to damage arising from extreme heat or temperature variations, water
damage, humidity, reaction of the woods to various finishes, UV light, or warping due to heat or moisture
generating or depleting products or appliances.
6.
This Warranty does not apply to the purchaser’s failure to properly store, install, assemble, adjust, use, or
maintain the warranted cabinets.
7.
This Warranty does not cover shipping and transportation charges to and from the homeowner, dealer,
distributor, or manufacturer to obtain warranty service.
8.
This Warranty does not cover labor charges for removal or installation of any defective cabinet, or part
thereof.
9.
This Warranty does not cover labor charges for re-installation of any cabinet repaired or replaced in
whole or in part under the terms of this Warranty.
10.
This Warranty does not cover damages to our products while in the hands of a common carrier. Damage
or shortages must be noted on the appropriate freight bill and a claim filed with the carrier. All claims for
damages or shortages must be made by the customer.
11.
This Warranty does not cover any product used or installed in connection with Kahle’s cabinets or cabinet
work such as plumbing fixtures, gas or electric appliances, or countertops, or any other product not
manufactured by Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc.

12. This Warranty does not cover any products that are unfinished or primed only.
13. This Warranty does not apply to cabinet components including hinges, drawer glides, and other
attached items which are not manufactured by Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc., however such items will be
covered to the extent by the component manufacturer’s warranty.
Discontinued Products
The repairs or replacements of Kahle’s cabinetry under this Warranty are contingent on the availability of the
damaged items. If a warranty claim is filed after the product has been discontinued or modified, Kahle’s Kitchens,
Inc. reserves the right to honor the warranty in the following manner:

To repair or replace the affected component with a new component of the same style.
To repair or replace the affected component with a similar and comparable product to achieve a
similar appearance and function to the original product purchased.
If components are replaced, Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc. cannot guarantee the exact finish match to the existing product
due to batch variations in finish colors, application techniques, and the natural aging process of the wood.
Consequential Damages
This Warranty does not cover damages for loss of time, loss of revenues, lodging, inconvenience or the cost of
repairing or replacing other property which is damaged because of a defect in the product as well as other
consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GRANTED BY KAHLE’S KITCHENS, INC. AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IS FURTHER LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE
PARTS OR MATERIAL ONLY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE WHICH MAY ARISE AS A RESULT OF THIS WARRANTY, IS LIMITED AS SPECIFIED ABOVE, AS THE DURATION
OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
All Warranty claims under this Warranty for defective cabinets and accessories must be submitted to an
authorized Kahle’s dealer in writing and must specify the defect present in the cabinets and accessories. Included
with such written explanation with the defect must be a dated purchase document. After Kahle’s Kitchens, Inc. has
had an opportunity to inspect the cabinets and / or accessories, they will, at their sole discretion, either replace the
defective cabinets, parts or accessories, or repair any defects in the cabinets, parts, or accessories.
Arbitration
Any dispute that arises with respect to this Warranty that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to
arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and any hearing held under these rules
shall be held in Clarion, Pennsylvania.
