Critique current and potential research initiatives that address health issues in the state of California. 4. Janet Rodgers, PhD, RN, FAAN Dean and Professor Emeritus Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science We dedicate the Distinguished Panel discussion in honor of Janet Rodgers, the second dean of the Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science. Dean Rodgers established the tradition of annual Nursing Lectureships at USD, to build community between our students, alumni, nursing educators, researchers, and practitioners.
