Sales Agreement
All orders are subject to factory acceptance. Custom orders may not be cancelled. No returns accepted without return authorization.
Terms
Net 30 days. Past due invoices will be assessed an interest charge of 2% per month, 24%
annual rate.

Warranty
Holloway Sportswear, Inc. guarantees all products to be free from manufacturing defects for
a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Return Policy
To return merchandise, contact Customer Service at 1.800.331.5156 for a return authorization number. Please apply this number to the outside of the returned carton. Request for
returns must be made within 30 days from date of shipment. Returned stock goods may
be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders and decorated items are nonreturnable.
Samples can be ordered at 50% off and returned for credit.
