Interesting facts about Buddha Bar
Buddha Bar is a bar, restaurant, and hotel franchise created by
restaurateur Raymond Visan and DJ and interior designer Claude
Challe, with its original location having opened in Paris, France in 1996
Buddha Bar is becoming popular in part because of the DJ's choice of
eclectic, avant-garde music
The original restaurant is a Buddha-themed "upscale bar-restaurant
with an orientalist 'lounge' ambience" serving Asian cuisine.
Nowadays there are 15 Buddha Bars throughout the world.
Buddha Bar Kiev was opened in 2008.
Cuisine
Fusion Asia is a one of directions in Pan Asian cuisine. This is the
combination of several Eastern countries traditions. It is a cultural
stream which still takes the leading place nowadays.
In Buddha Bar lounge restaurant Pan Asian cuisine it is the mix of
Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes.
Meals are prepared using only the hands , without a knife. This
technique is called «Quick kitchen», which allows you to keep all
healthy product properties and initial tastes.

Each year Buddha Bar organizes press Master Classes for guests in
accordance of Chief Barmen from Paris Matthias Giroud, who is the
worldwide famous mixologist.
Buddha Bar Kiev has wide cocktail menu with unique and exclusive
cocktails developed by Matthias Giroud and Bar Manager (BB KIev).
