Our Mission
S
ince our inception in 2000, Wrightsville Beach Magazine has kept people
informed of what’s going on in and around the Azalea Coast, while providing
glimpses of Wrightsville’s glorious past, so it will not be forgotten. In all that
we do, we strive to raise the bar in our dedication to excellence.
Wrightsville Beach Magazine’s aim is to reflect the intellectual and cultural vibrancy of the greater
community. Wrightsville Beach Magazine strives to reflect the very special place that is Wrightsville
and its surrounding communities, the premier destination on the North Carolina shore.
In 12 issues a year, Wrightsville Beach Magazine offers in-depth, intelligent coverage of
the beach’s people, places, trends, news, health and fitness, outdoor sports and activities,
arts and events, culture, building and real estate, and local history. Wrightsville Beach
Magazine attracts the best local writers and photographers and strives for editorial, creative,

“When times are tough and expenditures of any
kind are scrutinized to the highest degree, you’ve
got to be sure that every advertising dollar you
spend is targeted to the demographic your
company depends on the most. Although our
company has an extensive selection of major
appliances and designer hardware, from the most
economical to the most extravagant, we utilize
Wrightsville Beach Magazine to highlight our higherend products because WBM ’s demographics are
primarily influential, affluent consumers that know
quality when they see it. The attributes of Wrightsville
Beach Magazine, its photographs, articles, advertisers and accommodating staff,
make it an obvious choice for us and our advertising philosophy.”
