it is the correct thread size,
seating surface (flat seat, cone
seat, radius seat, shank style,
ET style, etc.) and style as
recommended by the wheel
manufacturer. Minimum thread
engagement must be equal to
the thread diameter of the wheel
stud. Example: M12 x 1.50 nut
requires a minimum of 12mm
(.472”) of thread engagement.

required torque. Any damaged stud
must be repaired or replaced before
installing lug nuts.
Cone Seat
Cone Seat Lug Nuts, also called Acorn or Tapered Seat are used on Alloy Wheels
which require a cone seat. This type of lug nut has a 60° taper.
Bulge Cone Seat Lug Nuts are primarily used on Alloy Wheels which require a
larger cone seat. This type of lug nut has a 60° taper.
Cone Seat Open End
Open End Cone Seat Lug Nuts are primarily used on Steel Wheels which require a
cone seat. This type of lug nut has a 60° taper.
Bulge Cone Seat Open End
Open End Bulge Cone Seat Lug Nuts are primarily used on Steel Wheels which
require a cone seat or Alloy Wheels which have a cap covering the lug nuts. This
type of lug nut has a 60° taper.
Tuner Style
Tuner Style Lug Nuts are designed to fit small diameter recesses in Alloy Tuner
Wheels that require a cone seat fitment. This type of lug nut has a 60° taper and
should be torqued by hand only.
Tuner Style Open End
Open End Tuner Style Lug Nuts are designed to fit small diameter recesses in
Alloy Tuner Wheels that require a cone seat fitment which have a centre cap
covering the lug nuts. This type of lug nut has a 60° taper and should be torqued
by hand only.
Duplex Cone Seat
Chrome Duplex Cone Seat Lug Nuts, also called Tapered Seat are used on Light
Truck Applications with Steel or Alloy Wheels which require a cone seat. This type
of lug nut has a 60° taper.
Dualie Cone Seat
Lug Nut Styles and Applications
Bulge Cone Seat
Dualie Cone Seat Lug Nuts are designed for Dual Wheel Applications that require
cone seat fitment. These lug nuts have a 90° taper and must only be used on
wheels with a 90° taper seat.

ET Conical Seat Lug Nuts (.33” Shank Length, .61” Shank Diameter) and a 60°
taper are for use with older ET Style Wheels, and newer Alloy Wheels where there
is not sufficient thread engagement (inadequate stud length) with regular cone
seat lug nuts. It is imperative to make sure the shank length and diameter is the
correct length for the application, and that the shank does not bottom out before
being fully torqued.
Radius Seat
Chrome Radius Seat Lug Nuts, also called Ball Seat, are used for OEM Alloy and
Steel Wheels on Honda, Acura & Porsche. This type of lug nut has a round seat
as opposed to a tapered seat. It is extremely important to install the correct lug nut
with the correct seat.
Radius Seat Open End
Open End Radius Seat Lug Nuts, also called Ball Seat, are used for OEM Alloy
and Steel Wheels on Honda, Acura & Porsche which have a centre cap covering

Ford Flat Seat
Ford Flat Seat Nuts are designed for use on OEM Ford Wheels requiring a flat
seat nut. This is the only style of lug nut that should be used on this application.

that require lug bolts as opposed to lug nuts, and wheels with a cone seat. Cone
seat bolts are used for OEM fitment on BMW, Cadillac, Dodge, Fiat, Kia, Mini,
Saab, Saturn & Volvo. It is extremely important to install the correct length lug bolt
with the correct seat.

the correct seat.
Tuner Cone Seat Lug Bolt
Tuner Cone Seat Lug Bolts, also called acorn or tapered seat, are desinged to fit
small diameter recesses in Alloy Tuner Wheels for vehicles that require lug bolts
as opposed to lug nuts, and wheels with a cone seat. It is extremely important to
install the correct length lug bolt with the correct seat. These type of lug bolts have
a 60° taper.
Appliance Step Mag
Standard Mag Shank
Standard Shank Lug Nuts (0.75” Shank Length, 0.68” Shank Diameter) are for use
with custom replacement cast or forged aluminum wheels that are between 11/16”
and 7/8” thick at the stud hole. It is imperative to make sure the shank length and
diameter is correct for the application, and that the shank does not bottom out
before being fully torqued. Washers are required for this lug nut.
Extra Long Mag Shank
Extra Long Mag Shank Lug Nuts (1.379” Shank Length, 0.68” Shank Diameter)
are for use with wheels requiring extra long shanks, such as Cragar/Weld and
Weld Racing wheels. It is imperative to make sure the shank length and diameter
is the correct length for the application, and that the shank does not bottom out
before being fully torqued. Washers are required for this lug nut.
Medium Mag Shank w/built in Washer
Medium Mag Shank w/built in Washer Lug Nuts (.60” Shank Length, 0.73”
Shank Diameter) are for use with OEM Wheels requiring a shank style lug nut.
It is imperative to make sure the shank length and diameter is correct for the
application, and that the shank does not bottom out before being fully torqued.
Duplex Mag Shank
Duplex Mag Shank Lug Nuts have larger outside dimensions (1.0” Shank Length,
0.75” Shank Diameter) than our standard mag shank lug nuts. This is necessary in
some truck & van applications. As a general rule, 8 lug wheels require duplex lugs.
It is imperative to make sure the shank length and diameter is the correct length
for the application, and that the shank does not bottom out before being fully
torqued. Washers are required for this lug nut.
Dualie Mag Shank
Dualie Mag Shank Lug Nuts are designed for Dual Wheel Applications that require
a mag shank fitment. These lug nuts have a .80” Shank Length and .80” Shank
Diameter. It is imperative to make sure the shank length and diameter is the
correct length for the application, and that the shank does not bottom out before
being fully torqued. Washers are required for this lug nut.
Dacromet Coating
Dacromet coating provides a high resistance to corrosion.
This process is achieved with a combination of zinc and aluminum platelets which
are applied as a liquid material and after curing forms a metallic silver gray finish.
This combination of the zinc and aluminum flakes builds a protective barrier over
the steel.
Appliance Step Mag Nuts are designed for use on old Appliance Style
Wheels requiring Appliance Hardware. The Appliance lug nut holes are
.856” diameter, requiring an Appliance Bushing. These Bushings require
an Appliance Step Mag Nut that fits only with this application.

Wheel Hub Centric Rings are designed to fill in the gap between the hub
of the car and the center bore of the wheel. Most wheel manufacturers
design their wheels with a centerbore large enough to fit on most cars.
Therefore, since wheel manufactures make their center bore large
enough to fit most cars, most wheel fitments have a gap between the
hub and the centerbore. This gap usually doesn't allow for the wheel to
fit hubcentric but rather lugcentric which causes vibration. Therefore, to
fill the gap and ensure the fitment is hubcentric, hub rings are used.

The Wheel Fit is the first and only tool that will clamp to an
actual tire and hold it on a hub to determine the exact wheel
offset needed to fit the biggest and widest tire possible without
rubbing.
The Wheel Fit™ Ultimate Master Kit contains all faceplates to fit most
all 4-, 5-, 6- and 8-lug vehicles, including bolt circles ranging from
4-100mm up to 4-130mm, 5-100mm up to 5-5. It fits most all 5- and
6-lug vehicles, including bolt circles ranging from 5-5 up to 5-150mm
and 6-4.5 up to 6-5.5. This kit includes the 8-lug faceplate that
includes bolt circles ranging from 8-6.5 up to 8-220mm. The Ultimate
Master Kit also contains the 21″ up to 28″ vertical extensions.
This kit will extend from 14″ – 28″ in tire bead diameter. It will also

combined with our 17-144 Smart Sensor Pro+ Programming
tool which holds sensor protocols for over 90% of all sensors

so complete. Programmable sensors are the final technological development tire stores have been so
anxious to see. We are finally at what we call the “Final TPMS Solution”. These sensors are not simply OE

The 17-144 Smart Sensor Pro+ Programming/Scanning tool adds electronics and a port for use with our 17-144-2
OBDII module. This gives extra value to our customers who are looking for a full featured TPMS tool with OBDII relearn
capabilities. The module is not required for normal sensor program functions. This TPMS sensor programmer and TPMS
ReLearn Tool is the key to our “Simple TPMS Solution”. It is pound of pound, dollar for dollar, the best value in the
TPMS industry. It is so simple, it only has 6 half pages of instructions. If we hear one thing over and over, it is that
everyone understands how simple it is for shop employees. The magic of our 2 sensor programmable TPMS solution,
is the ability to clone OE sensors, and when re-installed in the same tire position as OE, you never have to perform
ReLearn procedure.
