I live here, and not one day goes by that I'm not in awe of how naturally beautiful it is. Defined by the Susquehanna River sweeping into the Chesapeake Bay and the graceful ships that dissapear towards the horizon, Havre de Grace provides a glimpse back in time, and encourages you to stop an smell the roses. The advantage to living so close to such a resource is that you don't have to plan to far ahead. Had a long day... take a drive up after dinner and walk the Promenade. Looking for some place fun to walk the dogs... grab your furry friends and head out to one of our parks. Havre de Grace has great restaurants (especially if you like seafood), bountiful shopping, and lots of great stuff to do, including First Fridays, and the upcoming Graw Days Festival. Hope to see you there! For more information check out these websites: www.hdgtourism.com • www.harfordmd.com • www.mainstreethdg.com 29 3Harford STYLE Summer 20134
