Twinkling H2Os Tutorial August 2003 Newsletter Supplies Twinkling H2Os Water brush Stamps(s) Embossing pad Step One Embossing powder Heat tool Cardstock Stamp image on cardstock. Emboss if applicable. Note Embossing is not mandatory, but you do have better control with placement of colors within embossed lines. Step Two Step Three Dip wet water brush into pot of twinkling H2Os to pick up color. Apply colors to images as desired, using water brush as a paintbrush.Colors dry nearly instantly! © 2003Patstamps.com Step Four & Five Between colors, wipe water brush on scrap paper to clean brush.
