Thriving Minds operates year-round enrichment programs at 21 Dallas ISD campuses funded by 21st Century Learning Center grant from Texas Education Agency. These free enrichment programs are open to Dallas ISD elementary and middle school students. All secured required 20 percent private-sector matching funds.
