All credentials (tickets) must be picked up during Motorvation at the credentials building and will not be sent out to you. BAY ALLOCATION If you’re planning on displaying with a friend or a group it’s important that you note this on your entry form under the space for ‘Club/Group I will be displaying with’ - if you don’t, you may well end up on either side of our very large pit paddock. It is highly recommended that clubs and groups enter as early as possible to ensure necessary space requirements can be met. If your club/group intend to use significant tents or marquees in your area, you need to indicate the size of such, and tent contractor details - so we can work with you to cater for this. Entering in a Club or Grouping does not mean automatic acceptance as each vehicle still has to meet entry criteria. All Entrants wishing to camp must have the appropriate Arm Band to stay overnight.
