Buttons
After selecting a tour operator you will see the basic mask input fields to fill in:

Add. Criteria: Gives you the option of typing other search criteria.
Package: Allows a fast and targeted search. (See as well chapter ‘Package
Mask’).
Clear All: Basic mask is cleared.
Service List: If all data have already been recorded in the basic mask they
are transferred automatically by clicking on ‘Service List’.

If the selection consists of various different flights you can select the correct
one manually simply by clicking on the grey ‘Persons’ section.

You can also sort data by clicking on the grey column header bar e.g. click on
‘Depart’ to sort by departure time etc.

When the ‘Print’ button is clicked, the system transforms the inputs
into a flight list overview mask which can be printed out

More flights can be listed as long as this button is active

Takes you directly to the Service List
Continue:
Continue with booking process – move to Arrangement List
TIP !
The ‘Change’ button gives you the option of changing search criteria.
Clicking on ‘Search’ will show the new availability.

After the ‘Check’ a window opens automatically to compare and change
eventually manual the insurance code.

CLOSE BOOKING
creates a connection to the tour operator and checks the availability of
the complete offer if you click on the ‘Check’ button.
You can close the reservation by clicking on ‘Option’ or ‘Book’.
After clicking on ‘Option’ or ‘Book’, the operator can still provide specific notes,
which must be confirmed by clicking on ‘OK’!
!Attention! This information is binding for the travel agency!

When the booking is closed the services are shown in blue. Now this mask can
not be changed anymore.
It is possible to check the customer details and to print travel details.

MODIFY BOOKING
To modify a booking that has already been closed, you will need to bring up the
booking via ‘Modify Booking’.
Access booking using the booking number (by inputting booking number
and clicking on ‘OK’ or by going to ‘Booking List’ and subsequently
clicking on booking number.

Click on the line you wish to change.
The service window opens, and the service can be changed (e.g. different hotel
availability).

TIP!
You can also use the button ‘Search’ to go to desired availability
(e.g. to change data and search for a new flight availability – transport list etc.)
Use the tab stop key on your keyboard to move in the fields of the service
window.

By click on the button ‘Modify’ you are changing the reservation.
If services are shown in blue and the ‘last modified’ date has been inserted the
booking is definitely changed.

CANCELLATION – DELETE BOOKING
To delete a booking retrieve the reservation by ‘Delete Booking’.
Click on the button ‘Delete’.

A window appears with the cancellation charges to give you the possibility to
decide about the cancellation.
The booking status is changed into ‘XX’ and the appropriate information is
shown in the Service List and the ‘Storno Details’.

suitable hotels with detailed hotel information relating to the selected
arrangement (by click).
Chose the offer with a double click and the request will be transformed into the
Service List.

Adapt the insurance code if necessary.
The navigation bar lets you return quickly to the Package List. This gives you
the option of choosing another arrangement or changing your search criteria by
clicking on ‘Change’.

You will see a mask in which the reservation created most recently always
appears automatically in the field ‘Tourop./Cat.’ and ‘Booking number’.
To retrieve a different booking the correspondent criteria needs to be changed
in order to carry out the search and click ‘OK’.
If you want to search for a booking with other criteria (e.g. according to
booking status, customer name, destination, booking date or travel date) use
the button ‘Booking List’.

You have the option to remind yourself of the desired booking.
Retrieve bookings via booking number or search criteria by clicking on ‘Booking
List’ and ‘CETS Details’.
Then Click on ‘Set Queue Date’ in the open booking details
In the ‘Date’ field input the date on which it should be sent to the Queue.
In the ‘Reason’ field you can input a note of why you want to place the booking
in the Queue on this date.
If a date has already been set you can change the queue date by using the
button.
