Health for your order. Please request expedited shipping
if necessary. Shipping and Handling fees will apply for all

MicroAire Warranty
Return Process
MicroAire®-powered surgical instruments are warranted to
be free from defects in material and workmanship to the
original purchaser for a period of one year from the date
of purchase. Exceptions include ECTR scopes and aseptic
battery packs, which are warranted up to three months after
purchase date. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement
(at the discretion of the manufacturer) of the product
without charge.
Returns can only be processed if the item is in the original
box and has not been autoclaved. For assistance with a
return, please call MWI Animal Health at 877.266.3349,
and choose option #2 for a Securos Technical Support
representative.

MicroAire reserves the right to void the manufacturer’s
warranty in the event of abuse, misuse, disassembly,
alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair, non-recommended
usage and/or non-compliance per the Operating Instructions
furnished by MicroAire.
All other expressed or implied warranties are excluded and
MicroAire shall have no liability of any kind for incidental or
consequential damages.
Repair Process
If you are in need of any repairs for your MicroAire Power
Equipment, please call MWI Animal Health at 877.266.3349,
and choose option #2 for a Securos Technical Support
representative.
Securos will provide a Return Authorization number to
ship the item needing repair directly to MicroAire. Please
be prepared to provide the MicroAire Part Number and the
Serial/Lot number for each item needing repair.
Any item needing repairs outside of the warranty coverage
will be quoted prior to repair. A quote is prepared after the
instrument is opened and evaluated. There is an evaluation
charge of $100 that would be rolled into the cost of the
repair. Once the quote is ready, it will need to be approved
before repairs are made. If it is decided not to proceed with
the repair, the $100 charge is applied and the instrument is
returned in post-evaluation state (disassembled).
Any charges for repair outside of warranty will be billed to
your MWI Animal Health account. The repaired item will be
returned to you directly from MicroAire.
Securos will provide a Return Authorization number to ship
the item being returned directly to MicroAire. Please be
prepared to provide the MicroAire Part Number, Serial/Lot
number and the reason for return for each item.
Full Credit is only issued within 90 days of original purchase
and is subject to a 15 % restocking fee. It is suggested to
always check your order within 24 hours of receiving it to
confirm accuracy of product.
Please ship returns in appropriate shipping containers. The
customer is responsible for all shipments until they reach
MicroAire. Insurance is recommended and is the customer’s
responsibility. Applicable freight charges are also the
customer’s responsibility.

Loaner Equipment
Loaners are available for most instruments for customers in
good standing only. Loaner fee may apply.
To request a loaner of MicroAire Power Equipment, please
call MWI Animal Health at 877.266.3349, and choose

All instruments returned for repairs must be cleaned and
sterilized prior to return. Please ship items needing repair in
appropriate shipping containers. The customer is responsible
for all shipments until they reach MicroAire. Insurance
is recommended and is the customer’s responsibility.
Applicable freight charges are also the customer’s
responsibility.

Impactor Power Osteotome
The 2500 Impactor is a unique, multi-purpose precision
instrument that combines the control of a manual
instrument with the efficiency of a powered instrument.
The linear impulse motor impacts the cutting blade at
high frequency. The blade remains essentially stationary,
preventing jumping or heating at the blade tip. The 2500
Impactor is powered by compressed air or nitrogen at
35–100 psi. The greater the pressure, the greater the
frequency of impulses. The autoclavable instrument requires
no lubrication and is available with optional foot control.
