Davella Consulting was instrumental in the design and relocation of the storied Characteristics Le Cirque 2000 from the Palace Hotel on Madison Avenue, to their new location in the Total Food Service Area: 9,000 sq. ft. new Bloomberg Tower. We worked closely with Sirio Maccioni and family as well as the A la carte kitchen with chef’s table design architect, Adam Tihany of Tihany Design. We provided full food service design and Dedicated dessert and pastry room consulting from conceptual planning through post-occupancy. The main dining room including separate Chocolate Room and bar lounge are supported from an exhibition kitchen with a hand-made French cooking suite. “James Davella was hired for his expertise in Kitchen Design and Consulting.
