Umbria Prime the Steakhouse and
Nightclub, located in the heart of Boston’s financial district, offers five floors
of dining and entertainment space
to accommodate all of your function
needs. With the capacity to hold up to
650 guests, Umbria Prime holds everything from intimate functions to grand
events. We offer corn fed 21-day dryaged beef and other specialties prepared by renowned chef Gianni Caruso.

entire team is dedicated to providing you and your guests with an unforgettable
experience. Our first class venue offers many unique options to choose from.
Whether you will be implementing the use of our Chop House dining room,
Ultra Lounge, or Prime Nightclub, the options are limitless. You will find our
current functions menus attached.
Umbria Prime is situated in the heart of the Financial District just steps away
from the waterfront. Gianni Caruso, our executive chef, offers an extensive menu
of innovative appetizers, artisan Umbrian pastas, Certified Black Angus Prime
corn-fed 21-day dry-aged beef, as well as fresh seafood and hearty side dishes.
For a finale, we offer an assortment of exquisite homemade desserts prepared
by executive pastry chef, Nello Cacciappoli.
With an ambiance mirroring that of a five-story European villa, the restaurant,
surrounded by rustic brick walls, imported marble and hardwood floors offers
a romantic dinner setting. Umbria Prime offers an extensive selection of
Californian and Italian wines and creative cocktails.

product launches, sales presentations, birthdays, rehearsal dinners and
wedding receptions, Umbria Prime provides your group with the very best
in private dining in Boston. Our first class venue offers multifunctional
space for you to choose from which can accommodate groups of 10 to 650.
Second Floor — Dining Room
Umbria Prime offers private dining for up to 120 on
the second floor, which provides a sophisticated
setting reminiscent of a European villa. Rustic
brick walls, hardwood floors, imported marble,
and oversized windows set a festive mood for
luncheons or dinners. The second floor is complete with its own bar, providing space for cocktail
receptions before dinner.
Third Floor — Ultra Lounge
The third floor Ultra Lounge, with its low lighting
and sea of leather sofas, provides a hip backdrop
for guests looking to dine and dance the night
away all under one roof. The third floor sets the
perfect stage for buffet dinners, cocktail receptions
and seated dinners for up to 130 people. The third
floor also provides a lounge area with a full bar for
guests to enjoy throughout the night. A sophisticated sound system, including a DJ booth with a
spacious dance floor, makes Umbria Prime’s Ultra
lounge ideal for a variety of special events.
Forth & Fifth Floor — The Nightclub
The Nightclub on the fourth and fifth floor villa
can hold up to 420 people for an evening of
cocktails and dancing. Buffets and passed hors
d’oeuvers are available. This world class prime
nightclub, with state of the art light and sound,
provides the ideal environment for receptions,
corporate events & nightlife.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A contract must be signed with a 50% deposit given to confirm a private event reservation. Please
contact us when you are ready to book your date so that we may forward you a booking contract.
(A 50% deposit is also required for all luncheon functions)
All Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit,
minus a cancellation fee, will be refunded only if the space is re-booked for that date. If the
cancellation occurs less than 30 days in advance of the event, DePasquale Ventures reserves the right
to charge up to 100% of anticipated food, beverage and rental revenues. Payment in full for food,
beverage and room rentals must be received before the date of the event. We accept all major
credit cards, cash and business checks. Any unpaid balance will be charged to the authorized
credit card.
A food and beverage package is required for all private events, and is determined by the number
of guests and the type of event.
A 17% service charge and a 3% administration and planning fee will be added to the total cost.
(These fees cover the event service gratuity, event planning and event execution).
A sales tax of 7% will be applied to the final bill.
Coat check service ($2.00 per coat) is necessary for all private events, booked November through March.
A $50 Bartending fee per bartender will be charged for all cash bars.
All beverage charges are based on consumption.
The person or party making arrangements for private events on behalf of the patron must notify
Umbria Prime no later than two business days prior to the event scheduled of the exact number
scheduled to attend. If the person or party making arrangements fails to notify Umbria Prime at
the appropriate time, the restaurant will assume the previously indicated attendance to be the
correct number in attendance. The guarantee number of attendance is not subject to reduction
and charges will be made accordingly and the patron agrees to pay said charges.
Menus must be finalized at least 7-days prior to event.
Valet may be added to total bill for a charge of $20.00 per car, a guest list must be provided.
( Valet unavailable during luncheons.)
We are happy to organize all of your entertainment and audiovisual needs, flowers and décor
requests, transportation arrangements, and any other of your group’s requirements. All requests
will be provided for an additional cost, which will include all tax, delivery and service charges.
If your event requires a cake and it is not purchased through Umbria Prime, a $3.00 per person
cutting fee will be applied.

Discounted menu packages are not subject to accruing points. Only events booked through the Events
Department (with a signed contract) are eligible for this program. Tax and Gratuity cannot be paid for
