Jared Gutstadt, CEO & Co-Founder, Jingle Punks (USA)
In the past there were two options when licensing music for media content.
Cheap and poor sounding (music libraries) or expensive and hard to clear (from
the label and pop world). With the advent of cheap and easy to access music
production tools we have seen an explosion in recorded musical content from an
artist base that does not have a means to license or distribute their assets. In
2008 we set out to build a relational technology that focussed on trying to
monetize this large un-claimed music pool to give our clients a wider variety of
musical assets and organized this in a way that is intuitive to content creators.
Through smart tech, tastemaker sensibilities and viral branding that has found us
in the pages of Variety, Billboard, Business Week and CNN we have become one
of the most ubiquitous music resources in the film, advertising and television
marketplace.

promoters sell more concert tickets faster and more efficiently online.

and promote their gig tickets online. At the same time bands and fans are
increasingly connected online through services like Facebook, Twitter and
MySpace. Promoters lack ways of motivating the artists to sell tickets and, as a
result, can not efficiently use social media in gig promotion. Fans are more
receptive to information about upcoming gigs, when the message comes from the
band and not a third party.GigsWiz offers easy-to-use tools with an attractive
revenue share model for artists that take part in promoting the gigs online. This

logos, lyrics, photos & original art - and easily define licensing settings for an
open field of designers to create unique, branded physical artifacts. Approved
merch items can be sold directly by the designer to the fans. Bands buy exclusive
wholesale runs of merch that resonates - to sell on tour or online. Talented
designers may already be within a bands own fanbase, ready to collaborate.
Enable them! Presently, there are pilot designers and acts coming together

orders. Hit new merch has been discovered. Merchluv can be applied to any
brand with an impassioned fanbase.
