SELINSGROVE STATE POLICE Hit and Run 12:35 p.m. November 2, on Marketplace Blvd., 180 feet west of Nina Drive, in Monroe Township. A 2013 Infiniti driven by Cindy L. Gutelius, 58, of Mifflinburg, was traveling east on Marketplace Blvd. approaching an intersection to a traffic way/parking lot. Gutelius proceeded through the intersection. A 2003 Nissan Altima driven by Heather M. Souder, 29, of Sunbury, who was currently stopped at a stop sign, drove out into the intersection without clearance and struck the side of Gutelius’s vehicle. After the collision, Souder fled the scene. No injuries were reported. DUI Crash 6:15 p.m. October 23, on SR 104 at 125 N. Main Street, in the Middleburg Borough. Robert D. Peachey, 33, of McClure, caused a crash. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substance, and other traffic violations. Harassment Between November 7-9, at 10337 Rt. 104, in Middleburg. An unknown actor has called and harassed Myron Kratzer, 85, of Middleburg, on two occasions. The investigation continues. Criminal Mischief Between November 7-9, at River Christian Fellowship Church, on Snyder Avenue, in Beaver Springs. An unknown actor damaged a school bus seat belonging to Narehood Transportation, of Beavertown, by ripping or cutting the fabric. Retail Theft October 28, at Walmart, at 980 N. Susquehanna Trail, in Monroe Township. Christalina Lugo-Cabrera, 25, of Milton, walked into Walmart where she proceeded to the bathroom/ bedroom section of the store and switched price tags on merchandise to depict a lower price. She then arrived at the self-checkout and purchased the merchandise which showed the wrong price tags. Lugo-Cabrera did this twice on the same day. Total stolen is $253.55. Charges were filed through District Court 17-3-03. Theft/Criminal Mischief 12:01-7:40 a.m. October 29, at 1969 Susquehanna Trail, in Monroe Township. Unknown actor(s) stole an NC registration place form a 2011 Kia Forte belonging to Leather Princess Banks, 24, of Selinsgrove. In addition to this, the unknown actor(s) put sugar into the gas tank of the said vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 570-3748145 and reference incident F07-1250501. Theft Between 12:01 a.m.-11:59 p.m. October 1-November 13, at 6097 Rt. 15, in Monroe Township. Superkars LLC, of Selinsgrove, reported a dealer plate K13165K was stolen off of a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 570-374-8145 and reference incident F07-1252392. Crash 10:09 a.m. November 12, on N. Susquehanna Trail (SR 11/15) at its intersection with Roosevelt Avenue, in Monroe Township. A 2001 Ford Focus driven by Nancy J. Meister, 50, of Northumberland, was traveling north on SR 11/15. A 2011 Honda Odyssey driven by Nancy Buckles, 74, of Sunbury, was stopped on Roosevelt Avenue at the intersection of SR 11/15. Buckles began to cross over SR 11/15 after receiving a green light. Meister failed to stop for a red light. The front of Meister’s vehicle struck the front of a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 which was parked in Aubrey Alexander Toyota parking lot which was in turn pushed into a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse which was also parked and for sale in the Aubrey Alexander parking lot. Minor injuries were reported. Meister was cited for traffic control signals. False Alarms 7:10 a.m. November 14, at Budget Bakery, at 2558 N. Susquehanna Trail, in Monroe Township. Budge Bakery has been cited for having more than three false alarms within a six month period. Charges have been filed through District Court 173-03. Crash 8 a.m. November 17, on Globe Mills Road, 574 feet north of Hermit Hollow Road, in Middlecreek Township. A 2009 Toyota Corolla driven by Nichole L. Gearhart, 34, of Beavertown, was traveling south on Globe Mills Road. The vehicle lost traction on the wet roadway and began to spin, sliding off of the roadway, striking a tree with its right side. After impact the vehicle spun in a counterclockwise rotation and came to rest on the shoulder of the Divorce Decrees: roadway facing west. Gearhart sustained moderate injuries. She Matthew B. Kreamer, Middleburg from Bobbie A. Kreamer, Middle- was cited for driving on roadways laned. Assisting on the scene burg were the Kreamer Fire Department and Reliance Hose Company Ambulance.
