BOL 454545454 is a pickup of Diesel for 1500 Gals and distributed to a single sales order as Heating Oil
for 1000 Gals and 500 Gals of Diesel was retained on the truck whse. Also because the retain from that
truck is then sold, the original BOL number is referenced and distributed to the new sales order; again
sold as Heating Oil.
BOL 565656564 is a pickup of Diesel for 500 Gals and distributed to the above sales order, also used to
sell the retained product as Heating Oil for the newly picked up Gals.

DM2 New Feature #1
Add/Update Terminals and Suppliers from Sage BOL Pickup Point Code Maintenance
Terminal is created based on data added in Address section and Smartlogix section on
the Right.
Supplier is added to Smartlogix using Sage supplier(vendor) number and Name.
Terminal Maintenance in SL matches data in Sage based on info added above
Name is combination of City, State and Operator Code
Sage supplier is then mapped to Terminal as seen below
DM2 New Feature #2
Customer and/or Shipto for Gross/Net flag Over-Ride
In Customer Maintenance, in the Petrolink button there is a flag to force Gross or force Net
for the SX Distributions on the BOL transactions. This can also be done at the shipto level as
seen in the screens below.
