Imaging in paediatric skeletal injuries poses a problem for both the specialties; an orthopaedic surgeon will elaborate the clinical nuances while a radiologist will bring out imaging fineries. Foot and ankle injuries form a formidable quantum of patients attending emergency rooms. An orthopaedic surgeon will enumerate various essential radiological views, their interpretations and demonstrate those rare injuries that are often overlooked. Ligament injuries disable a patient but are never seen on radiographs; an USG expert can bring out several injuries and pathologies for our patients’ benefit. Lastly, with increasing number of women in sports and uniformed services, pubalgia is a frequently encountered clinical entity; a cognizant discussion of this condition and its imaging will conclude the DaySchool proceedings. The faculty consists of experts and leading educators in the field of MSK imaging who will encourage an open interactive dialogue after each lecture.
