ARCHITECTS
Stefano Napolitani – is an internationally renowned Italian
Naval Architect who studied engineering in England. After an
incredible work experience in New York, he went back to Italy
and started designing custom made yachts and later on, hotels
and houses with Waves-project, his own company, based in
Milano. Now he is designing major residential condominium
and villa projects with Beyond Design, a subsidiary company.
MJM Design - is a leading Western Caribbean architectural
firm based in the Cayman Islands, founded in 2001 by Michael
& Joelle Meghoo. MJM Design Studio has successfully
provided architectural and development consulting services to
the residential and commercial market.
ENERGY EFFICIENT
In keeping with NCB’s commitment to integrating renewable energy sources
into all of our residential and commercial builds, TIDES’ common areas
will be powered through solar power and sustainable building methods and
materials, including ICF Construction, will be employed throughout the entire
development. Every residence will be cooled using Geothermal cooling.
Energy efficiency is at the forefront of our design and will be incorporated into
the selection of all appliances, light fixtures as well as cooling and glazing.
