Executive Summary
OVERVIEW
Over the past few years The All STARS Group hockey team has
developed key relationships with former NHL players (and celebrities)
and non-profit organizations. Today, with generous sponsor support
(i.e., The Darby Group), The All STARS have nurtured some excellent
community relationships/partnerships.
The Group was developed in 1995 under the name of Score for Charity
by several former NHL players, most notably Ron Duguay and Pat Hickey.
Score's vision was to promote hockey, foster excitement /goodwill and
encourage community support while offering fun-filled activities for people
of all ages with a charitable focus. Today, that vision remains the same.
The All STARS Group is about hockey . . . with charity, camaraderie,
hospitality and partnership at the top of the list.
MISSION
Our (and the team's) mission is to:
Favorably promote the game and goodwill of hockey, focus
on raising money for worthwhile charities - touching people's
lives in a highly memorable and meaningful manner.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
The successful production of an event requires specialized skills involving
creativity, technical knowledge, and logistical planning. Our team provides
clients with extensive experience producing events that require expertise.

Over the years of operation, the All Stars Management Group
Inc. has formed numerous alliances (and partnerships) with
international companies such as Darby Group Companies,
American Airlines, MasterCard International, Nextel
Communications, CitiCorp, FDNY, players from the 1980 USA
Men's Gold medal Olympic hockey team, Vancouver Canucks,
Los Angeles Kings Alumni, New Jersey Devils Alumni and most importantly, the NHL Alumni.

The All STARS hockey team offers an impressive roster of former NHL players
(and Hall of Famers), plus former athletes and celebrities. This diversified
list of players is the focal point of all our initiatives – and can measurably
enhance your sales and marketing objectives.
Our participation is truly unique, memorable and most of all successful.

The All Stars Management Group Inc. is proud to have been involved with
many charity organizations such as, Cystic Fibrosis, MADD (Mothers against
drunk driving), Christopher Reeves Foundation, CES Foundation (Jackson
Hole, WY), New York Islanders Children's Foundation, Aspen Hospital and
FDNY/NYPD charitable societies.
FEES
Fees vary based on the scope of each event and are estimated after the
initial briefing meeting.

Standard Event Model
THE ALL STARS TEAM
Our team, co-captained by Bill Ranford, Reed Larson and Alan Thicke is
a combination of well known NHL Alumni plus an array of celebrities from
television, motion pictures, the music industry and other sports. The team
always consists of 13 skaters and one goalie.
ALL STARS GAME FORMAT
Suggested playing time is approximately two hours. Games usually consist
of two 25 minute periods, each played stop time - plus player introductions
and opening ceremonies.
TEAM ARRIVAL
Due to the working hours of some players, and varying points of origin,
it's very likely that the team will arrive at different times (& day).

Host Team
Responsibilities
DRESSING ROOMS
• Towels, soap, razor blades/shaving cream and shower shampoo
• 1 locker room attendant and 1 security personnel to secure the
room during warm-up and game.
• Fruit and gum
• Beverages (water, juice, beer)
• Doctor and trainer
TEAM MEALS
The All STARS Group (playing with Rangers Alumni) NFL
quarterback legend Boomer Esaison and U.S. Women’s
Olympic Team member Abby Fox – New York, NY, 2003
• Pre-game and post-game
AIRFARE
• Provide round trip direct airfare for 16 team members from home
to airport. Tickets are either FIRST CLASS or 2 ECONOMY tickets.
• Team to supply host with point of arrival and departure
• Team to work with host travel agent or designated airline for
bookings and scheduling of flights
• Provide 1 to 2 tickets round trip for pre-event meetings and
site inspection.
HOTEL
• Provide hotel rooms for 14 team members, plus 1 room
for team manager
• If travel required for pre-event meeting/site inspection,
provide 1 room for duration of trip

Responsibilities
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
• Player to be met by and transported from/to airport by
Event personnel
• Provide full size vehicle for Team organizer
• Team bus to be available to transport players to and from hotel,
arena, etc.
ALL STARS PLAYERS

• Team will supply the host with players bios for introductions, etc.
– and in order to which they will be announced
SECURITY
• Host will provide security to the team at all public functions
ARENA COST
• Host to underwrite all cost associated with the use of the arena
for the game – insurance, etc.

Marketing/Design Support
ADDED VALUE
The offerings of the All STARS Management group are complimented by
providing Marketing, Graphic Design and Advertising Support for all events.
The level of involvement is based on exisiting host group capabilities.
EXPERIENCE
In addition to all of the graphics provided in this document (posters,
identities etc.) the graphic design arm of the All STARS Management
Group comes with over 15 years of experience. Garnering international and
national awards for corporate branding, design and advertising clients.
