ABOUT WSFS
Serving Our Communities Since 1832
WSFS Bank is the seventh oldest bank in the
United States still in operation today. Founded
in 1832, WSFS Bank was chartered seven days
before the City of Wilmington. In the early 19th
century, the few savings institutions that existed
served affluent landowners and businesses. A
committee of Delaware leaders gathered to plan
a bank that would serve the working class –
those who most needed help in conserving and
building their financial resources. On February
18, 1832, the Wilmington Savings Fund Society
opened in a small rented room next to the
Town Hall.
Today, WSFS continues to be a service-oriented, locally-managed, community

and PIN with activation instructions before this date. Do not destroy your
Alliance Bank MasterCard® Debit and/or ATM Card until October 9, 2015.
• You will receive your new WSFS checks before this date. Please do not use
your new WSFS checks until October 9, 2015.

Alliance Bank ATMs will be unavailable after 8:00 a.m. You may access any
WSFS Branch ATM with your Alliance Bank MasterCard® Business Debit Card
and/or ATM Card with no convenience fees. Your Alliance Bank MasterCard®
Business Debit Card and/or ATM Card can still be used at other non - Alliance
ATMs for account access until 2:00 p.m. on October 9, 2015.
• Alliance Bank locations will be closing at 2:00 p.m.
• You may continue to use your current Alliance Bank MasterCard® Business
Debit Card until 2:00 p.m. on October 9, 2015. Due to the conversion from
MasterCard® to Visa®, you will only be able to use your Alliance Bank

• Discontinue using and destroy your Alliance checks and start using your
new WSFS checks.
• Access to your Alliance Bank Internet Banking services will be available
until 2:00 p.m. All transfers and bill payments dated on or before October 9,
2015 will be processed. Bill payments and transfers scheduled beyond
October 9, 2015 will not be processed. Please log in to WSFS Business
Online Banking and Bill Pay to reschedule them on October 13, 2015.
• Access to your Alliance Bank Telephone Banking service will be available
through 2:00 p.m.
• Branch ATMs will be available by 6:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Ensuring a Smooth Transition
The WSFS Bank team is committed to providing you Stellar Service and is dedicated to helping
you achieve your financial goals. We have recommended accounts that we hope will best suit
your needs. In addition, we are waiving the minimum balance requirements until
February 1, 2016, to allow time for you to evaluate your new accounts and see if you are
in the right ones for you. If you notice other services you would like to add to your relationship
with WSFS, we can help you with those as well.
Account Numbers
In most instances, checking, savings and money market account numbers will remain the
same. The following exceptions apply: accounts with more than 10 digits and account numbers
that overlap with current WSFS account numbers. All certificate of deposit and loan account
numbers will be changing. Your account numbers and account product names are outlined in
Your Customized Account Overview included with this package. If your account number(s) have
changed, we will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition to your newly assigned
account number(s).
It is important to note that your bank routing number (the nine-digit code that identifies a
financial institution) will also be changing. WSFS Bank’s routing number is 031100102.
Account Statements
Your final statement from Alliance Bank will be produced on October 9, 2015 for all account activity
through that date and mailed to you shortly thereafter. Your next statement will be issued by
WSFS Bank. WSFS also offers online statements. If you are currently receiving your statements
online and would like to continue to do so, we ask that you sign up through WSFS Business Online
Banking on or after October 13, 2015.
Automatic Payments
If you currently have automatic payments or withdrawals from your account, it is necessary
to update your information with an effective date after October 9, 2015. There is an Automatic
Payment form included with this package to assist you in changing automatic payments to your
new WSFS account. Additional Automatic Payment forms are available on welcometowsfs.com.
Automatic payments received after October 9, 2015 with your old account information (if
applicable) and the old bank routing number will be honored and processed by WSFS Bank for six
months after conversion.

Checks
You should stop using and destroy your Alliance Bank checks on October 9, 2015 and begin using
your WSFS Bank checks. Alliance Bank checks dated on or before October 9, 2015 will be honored
and processed by WSFS Bank for six months after the conversion.
WSFS Visa® Business Debit Cards
You will be receiving your personal identification number (PIN) in the mail a few days prior to the
arrival of your WSFS Visa® Business Debit Card and/or ATM Card. If you do not receive your PIN or
card by October 5, 2015, please call the WSFS Customer Contact Center at 1-844-937-8263.
• You may continue to use your current Alliance Bank MasterCard® Business Debit Card until
2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015. Due to the conversion from MasterCard® to Visa®, you
will only be able to use your Alliance Bank MasterCard® Business Debit Card to make PIN-based
purchases or ATM withdrawals on October 9 from 5:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
• You may begin using your WSFS Visa® Business Debit and/or ATM Card at 2:00 p.m. on Friday,
October 9, 2015. On or before this date, please activate your WSFS Visa® Business Debit Card so
that you may begin using it with no interruption of service. To activate, simply call
1-877-260-2527 and follow the prompts.
• No action is required to activate your WSFS ATM Card.
• You may change your PIN once your card is activated by calling 1-877-260-2527. You may also
change your PIN at any WSFS Branch ATM.
• If you currently use your Alliance Bank MasterCard® Business Debit Card or ATM Card for
recurring payments deducted from your account, please notify your payees of your new debit
card number.
• Please note that there is a $500 daily limit on withdrawing funds from the ATM.
Receiving Wire Transfers
Beginning October 13, 2015 please provide the following information to the sending party so that
you can continue to receive wire transfers:

Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
There will be no change to your interest rate or maturity date. In some instances, interest may be
compounded and credited earlier than currently stated. Additionally, monthly interest payments
will now be paid on the anniversary date of when the account was initially opened.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Your safe deposit box agreement will transfer to WSFS effective October 9, 2015.
Commercial Loans and Lines of Credit
In most cases, the terms of your commercial loan and/or line of credit will not change. In the
unlikely event your commercial loan and/or line of credit needs to be modified, we will notify you
separately. Your loan account number will change and is outlined in Your Customized Account
Overview included with this package. Any automatic deductions for payments on your loan will
continue without disruption.
You will begin to receive monthly billing statements and you may continue to pay your loan at any
of our branch locations. All loan payments should be made payable to WSFS Bank. Payments can
be sent to WSFS Loan Processing Center, PO Box 71272, Philadelphia, PA 19176-6272.
Business Online Banking
• Access to your Alliance Bank Internet Banking will be available until 2:00 p.m. on October 9, 2015.
Please be sure to download any online banking history and eStatements for your records before
this date as this information will not be available in WSFS Business Online Banking.
• Your Business’s System Administrator will receive a letter containing sign-on information
including your Company ID. In addition, the System Administrator will need to re-establish any
additional users. For assistance, call our eBanking Services support team at 302-792-6044 from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
• Your password will change. You will be set up with a temporary password using the lowercase
letters “wsfs” plus the last 4 digits of your tax identification number.
(For example: wsfs1234). You may reset this password immediately.
• You will have full access to WSFS Business Online Banking at 8:00 a.m. on October 13, 2015.
Cash Management Services
A WSFS Cash Management Representative will contact you regarding your Business Online Banking
login information and will train you on all of your Cash Management Services. For example; ACH
origination files, online wire transfer capabilities, overnight Investment Sweep, Lockbox, Remote
Deposit (WSFS Xpress Deposit) and Fraud Protection Services.
Merchant Services
Please provide the following information to your Merchant Services provider at least 10 business
days prior to October 9, 2015 so you can receive your business credit card receipts for your new
WSFS checking account:
• WSFS ABA or Routing Number: 031100102
• New WSFS Account Number (if applicable)

FDIC Insurance
If you have accounts at both Alliance Bank and WSFS, your accounts will be separately insured
through the FDIC for six months after the transaction closes, and possibly longer for certificates of
deposit (CDs). For CDs, FDIC insurance will continue until the maturity date, even if the maturity
date comes after the six-month grace period.
For CDs that mature during the six-month grace period, if you rollover your CD for the same
term and in the same dollar amount, it will be separately insured until the new maturity date.
Otherwise, your separate FDIC coverage will only apply through the end of the six-month grace
period. If you have combined deposits of $250,000 at Alliance Bank and WSFS after your six-month
grace period, a WSFS Associate can meet with you and discuss how to maximize your coverage.
WSFS Bank offers additional opportunities for unlimited FDIC protection through our CDARS
program. Your Relationship Manager or Cash Management Representative will be happy to discuss
this option with you.
IRS Reporting
• WSFS will provide the applicable tax forms for the interest received and paid from
January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
• Tax statements for 2015 will be mailed by January 30, 2016.
Alliance Bank Gift Cards
Alliance Bank Gift Card account numbers will remain the same and will be honored after
October 9, 2015. If you have any questions, please call the WSFS Customer Contact Center at
1-844-937-8263 from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday
and Sunday.

Welcome Package.
• The Deposit Account Agreement: This governs your deposit account as of October 9, 2015, and
includes account agreements, applicable charges, interest terms and more. Please note that
converted deposit accounts may differ in some ways from standard deposit accounts opened
at Alliance Bank.
• Funds Availability: After October 9, 2015, funds from cash and checks that you deposit may be
available to you on a different schedule than you had with Alliance Bank. See the Funds
Availability Policy within the Deposit Account Agreement for more information.
• Posting Order: Items processed will be different from the order in which items were processed
previously by Alliance Bank. See Deposit Account Agreement Withdrawal Rules for
more information.
• Privacy Policy: All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their
everyday business. In the WSFS Privacy Policy, we list the reasons why we share information and
whether you can limit this sharing.

WSFS Small Business Premier Checking
For small businesses that have more robust activity and maintain a higher monthly average
balance, WSFS Small Business Premier Checking is the right choice. The first 500 items1 per month
are included. We waive the $15 monthly maintenance charge when you maintain a $10,000
minimum average monthly balance.
WSFS Small Business Premier Checking Account Features

• Convenient access to your funds with a WSFS Visa® Business Debit Card.
• Enjoy the convenience of managing your cash flow anywhere, anytime with Small Business
Premier Online Banking. Small Business Premier Online Banking allows you view-only access for

assign user access privileges, download into QuickBooks® and much more.
• Access your accounts and make deposits from your smartphone with WSFS Business
Mobile Banking.

If you are an attorney, real estate, property or title agency or any other organization who acts
as an escrow agent for a third party, a WSFS Escrow Account is the ideal solution. This account
provides you with the convenience of a single master checking account while maintaining the
total segregation of each client’s or tenant’s funds in sub-accounts. This eliminates much of the
paperwork related to administering or investing client funds.
