( $ 3 0 Pe r G u e s t ) Breakfast in Spain genreally consists of coffee and churros and that’s it. Although eggs are a very important staple in Spanish food, they usually find themselves in dishes served for evening meals. To be able to offer you brunch we take American classic breakfasts with Spanish ingredients and turn them into what we feel would be served in Spain if they were to eat eggs in the manana.
