CKRH Halloween Trail Ride
October 29, 2016
Located at the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington KY
WELCOME participants - riders, buyers and more!
Welcome to the eighteenth annual Halloween Trail Ride and Tack
Sale benefiting Central Kentucky
Riding for Hope – CKRH.
CKRH is a non-profit organization
that is completely dependent upon
community support. We are dedicated to enriching lives by improving the health and
well-being of children and adults with
special physical, cognitive, emotional and
social needs through
therapeutic activities
with the horse.
CKRH brings horses and people together in a wide
range of Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies. Our
Premier Accredited Facility, certified
by PATH International (Professional
Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship), is located at the Kentucky
Horse Park in Lexington, KY.
In 2015, 3,139 sessions were held
at CKRH. This is made possible by
the help of a small army of volunteers, a very special herd of trained
therapy horses and ponies, and a
dedicated staff.
Your participation in this event
makes our work possible. Our goal
is to offer Equine Assisted Activities
and Therapies in a manner
that challenges individuals
with disabilities to achieve
their maximum potential in
an environment that is safe
for all.
To receive further information about the CKRH Programs, please contact us at
