WAIVER GUIDELINES JAKARTA INCIDENT
Dear Trade Partner,
The following fee waivers will apply for passengers holding SQ / MI tickets
issued on/before 14 January 2016 for travel to/from JKT between 14 January
2016 and 20 January 2016 (dates inclusive).
Waiver Guidelines for UK/Ireland Agents:
•
Affected flights: SQ950/SQ953, SQ952/SQ955, SQ956/SQ957, SQ958/SQ959, SQ960/SQ961,
SQ962/SQ963, SQ964/SQ965, SQ966/SQ967, SQ968/SQ951
•
For Re-bookings and Re-routings, the applicable fees and/or administrative charges will be waived.
•
(a) Re-booked travel will be permitted until 31 January 2016 (Date of out-bound travel
commencement)
(b )Fare differences for re-booking on higher classes must be collected.
•
Full refunds will be accorded upon request. Applicable fees and/or administrative charges will be
waived.
•
The above guidelines will also apply for Redemption tickets.
Please use following waiver code when re-issuing/refunding the ticket: "INVOL REISSUE JKT B13904 /
FOR REFUND R13905"
Important: Please note that all Singapore Airlines operated flights to/from Jakarta are operating as
scheduled. Passengers are advised to visit singaporeair.com regularly for any updates.
