HOW TO PLACE ORDERS ON METAGENICS.COM
1.
Go to my personalized web address : http://drpokrywka.metagenics.com (or go to
metagenics.com and use the Practitioner Code DrPokrywka )
2.
Click on the upper middle “Products” tab –or- the “View Products by : A-Z” link right side below

Click on the “Product Listing by A-Z” link (lower right corner).
4.
Click on the “Add to Cart” button or “SEE SIZE OPTIONS” link.

Click on the “Continue Shopping” or the “Checkout” button.
a.
To change product quantity, insert a new number in the “Quantity” field.
b.
Click on the “Update cart” button.
For Automatic Re-Order (ARO) products, click on the middle column “Frequency” dropdown
menu to select 30 Days, 60 Days or 90 Days.

co remove a product from your Shopping Cart, click on the “circled X” in the
“Remove” column.

Click on the “Update cart” button.

Click on the “Checkout” button (bottom right corner on “SHOPPING CART”
screen).
PROCEED TO CHECKOUT!!!

Complete the “Secure Checkout (Step 1 of 3)” fields. This screen has five
sections: (1) Account information; (2) Shipping information; (3) Shipping
Service; (4) Billing information; and (5) Credit Card Information.
(1) ACCOUNT INFORMATION
a.
IF ALREADY REGISTERED on healthcare provider’s online store site, click on
the “Already have an account? Log in” link (See arrow on left screenshot
below).
IF NOT REGISTERED on healthcare provider’s online store site, complete the following required
fields: E-mail address* ; Password*; and Confirm Password*.
(2) SHIPPING INFORMATION
a.
If Address ALREADY on file, click on the “Addresses on File” dropdown
menu.
-OR-
b.
If Address is NOT on file, complete the following required fields:
First Name* ; Last Name* ; Address 1* ; Address 2 (optional) ;
City* ; State* ; ; ZIP Code* .
(3) SHIPPING SERVICE
Select of the following UPS delivery service methods:

Free UPS Ground – Price: FREE!!!
•
2nd Day Air – Price: $55.00
•
Next Day Air – Price: $65.00
(4) BILLING INFORMATION
a.
If Address ALREADY on file, click on the “Addresses on File” dropdown menu;

(5) CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
a.
Select “Current credit card information” if you have previously place an order (your
credit card will be on file).
-OR-
b.
Select “Enter new credit card information” if NOT using a credit card on file.
NOTE: Health Spending Account (HSA) Cards are NOT accepted.

Click on the bottom right “Continue to next step” button.

Proofread the “Review & Submit (Step 2 of 3)” sections for accuracy.
