Dairy Products
Although there are over 450 different recorded cheeses made in Italy, most people are familiar with just a
few, whether it be dry flaky Parmesan, soft moist Mozzarella or creamy salty Gorgonzola. Italian cheeses
are very regional, and to appreciate them fully one must understand the geography and the culture of the
country. Each region in Italy produces various specific varieties although the most well known Italian
cheese is probably Parmigiano-Reggiano (Parmesan). The production of true Parmigiano - Reggiano is
carefully regulated and can only be made in a specific area which includes the historic cities of Parma and
Reggio Emilia. Divine Importers supplies a wide vareity of both Italian and other continental cheeses

1. TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payments are to be made within 30 days of the invoice unless otherwise
specifically agreed.
2. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Property, legal or beneficial, in any goods supplied by Divine Importers Ltd. shall
pass to the Buyer only when Divine Importers Ltd. has received payment for all
sums then owned by the Buyer to Divine Importers Ltd. Goods in respect of which
property has remained with Divine importers Ltd. shall be kept separately and
identifiable as those of Divine Importers Ltd. and the Buyer shall at its own expense
immediately return such goods to Divine Importers Ltd. or permit Divine Importers
Ltd. to enter the buyer's premises to collect such goods should Divine Importers Ltd.
so request. Risk shall pass to the buyer with the possession of the goods.
3. AVAILABILITY AND RANGE OF GOODS
All goods are offered subject to availability. In the event of non-availability
substitutions will only be made with the agreement of the Buyer. In the event of a
vintage change the new vintage will be supplied automatically.
4. PRICING
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice and products will be invoiced at
prices ruling at date of delivery. Prices may be subject to changes in duty.
5. SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any shortage or damage
noted on our invoice/delivery note. Claims will not be considered unless reported
immediately to our carrier or in writing within 3 days to Divine Importers Ltd. office.
6. GOODS RETURNED
Goods returned will be credited if the signature of our carrier is obtained on
collection from the Buyer's premises.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Divine Importers Ltd. shall not be liable for the failure of any terms of any
transactions governed by these conditions of sale if its performance has been
delayed, hindered or prevented by whatsoever which are not directly within our
control.
8. VARIATIONS
These terms and conditions (incorporating the information overleaf) form the only
terms and conditions between the parties and there shall be no variation or
amendment of these terms unless agreed in writing between the parties. No
employee or agent of Divine Importers Ltd. has the right to bind Divine Importers
Ltd. to any oral agreement which does not comply with these terms and conditions
of sale.
9. ALL PRICES EXCLUSIVE OF VAT
