we offer a beautiful wedding package and an ideal setting for your

Wedding Package includes:

Wedding ceremony officiated by a Notary and a translator is
provided.

Cuban Marriage Certificate, in Spanish and legal fees included.

Higher quality sparkling wine (Freixenet Cordón Negro/ Carta

Live music during the wedding ceremony. Wedding March provided.

Upgrade to Suite at Cayo Libertad from the wedding night on (subject

Cocktail for the wedding group.

Gala Dinner for the wedding group.

Natural Flowers: A bouquet for the bride and a buttonhole for
the groom, flowers for the maid of honor and best man.

LOCATION OF THE WEDDING
Free to guests election.
UPON ARRIVAL AT THE BARCELO MARINA PALACE
Couple should contact hotel wedding coordinator to organize details of
their wedding. Clients should be in house for at least three days prior to
wedding date.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The following is a list of necessary documentation required by law:
• Birth Certificate (bride and groom)
•
Passports (bride, groom and witnesses)
A copy of the Birth certificates and passports of bride and
groom should be sent to the hotel by fax or E-mail at least
three weeks before the wedding for the legal arrangements.
The guests must bring the originals with them. There is no
need of translation for these two documents.

Tourist Visas (bride, groom and witnesses)
•
Final Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate if applicable
legalized and translated by the Cuban Consulate in the country of
origin (this case has an additional cost of $ 100.00 CUC to be paid
after arrival for the protocolization of these documents + stamps.)
•
Wedding package $1500.00 CUC to be paid at the Hotel.
•
Cuban Marriage Certificate will be issued and sent to couple
home address, approximately, in two months after the Ceremony.
•
The Notary official schedule is: Monday to Friday, 9:00 hrs. Until
16:00 hrs.
• Should the couple desire to have the ceremony outside of this
schedule, they must inform the wedding coordinator. So that she
could assess the feasibility with the Law Office, and it will have an
extra cost of $150.00 CUC.
•
We will provide witnesses upon request if clients required it.

An unforgettable Dinner on your wedding day with a Tour to Cayo
Blanco, a Virgin Island on the Northeast side of the Peninsula.
