Manufactured under stringent quality measures, the wooden flanges are made of chemically treated, seasoned timber. Hence, they are light, dimensionally stable and retain their structural properties over a period of time, even after continual usage. They are more predictable, easy to design and use. It is suitable for RC floors as high as 5.80 m and is very well adapted for use with the Beam Forming System. It is highly suited for laying RC-floors up to 5.80m height. Depending on grid sizes, standard tables are made using suitable and effective components: timber beam, steel member, aluminum member, collapsible props and plywood sheathing. These primary and secondary beam components are connected firmly with table heads, making the entire system rigid and robust. Horizontal shifting of the system is done using hydraulically operated pallet trucks, while vertical shifting is done using cranes. This avoids dismantling of individual components, hence reducing labour and cycle time. It is customised for use along with Flex and Heavy Duty Tower systems. 3 4 2 Beam Bottom: Rigid H-20 beams / H-16 beams, positioned at designed spacing, support the plywood sheathing and form the secondary layer. These in turn are supported, for extra-stability, by a primary layer of H-beams. Beam Sides: Like the Beam bottom, the Beam sides are also made up of plywood sheathing supported by H-Beams at designed spacing, running along the length of the RC-beam. Supported by the BFS, the H-beams are clamped onto the H-20 beams provided for the Beam bottom. The beam forming support ensures the right angle between the beam bottom and sides. Panels are created in workshops at the site and the assembly of components is reduced, enhancing accuracy throughout. Since the entire unit is handled as a whole, loss of smaller component is reduced, and contributes to material productivity. In the absence of a crane the panels can be dismantled and handled manually. Heavy duty frames are braced using standard bracings, forming the heavy duty tower system. Couplers and pins connect frames together, ensuring verticality. Spindles provided at the bottom can be used to adjust height and level. At every 6m interval, the towers are braced with permanent structures that prevent the tower from twisting under abnormal loading conditions. Entire shuttering is supported on the climbing brackets. The brackets are suitably braced to prevent any sway and are provided with walkways, working platforms and handrail for safety and ease of operation. Varying degrees of sophistication are available in the climbing systems, a few of which are listed below: CB - 150 A: Simple climbing, crane handled - platform width 1.50 m. The brackets and wall formwork are to be handled separately. Provision for extension of bracket width is also possible. CB - 150 F: Travel climbing, crane handled - platform width 1.50 m. Roll back arrangement for de-shuttering and cleaning of shutters. The wall formwork and climbing bracket are lifted as one unit. These brackets can also be fitted with automatic climbers like SKE-50 which is a hydraulic system (5 MT capacity). Automatic Climbing Formwork: The wall formwork along with the climbing brackets slide along the wall using hydraulics, thus eliminating the need for a crane. It contains frames, 1.8m high, braced with standard H225 & 2H225 bracings that form the main structure. Suitable couplers and pins connect individual frames with each other, giving the tower the desired height. The towers are provided with tower spindles at the bottom for fine adjustments in height and leveling. The towers provide a continuous corridor for working with the bracings serving as hand rails. There are no cross members or diagonal bracings that impede free passage or safe working. This is an ideal system for scaffolding for heights up to 40m. The width of the working platform is 1m. The scaffold has to be braced with the permanent structure at every 4m in height.
