The Property
Set on an idyllic white sand beach, Azul Villa Carola, by Karisma is a 10,700 square
foot paradise with 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, an oversized private pool, outdoor
Jacuzzi, dedicated staff and a multitude of services and amenities Casually elegant,
the Italian marble, mahogany furniture and tasteful décor will enhance any family
vacation, wedding party or small group getaway.
The living room, dining room, and entertaining areas open toward the spacious
outdoors and provide magnificent views of the turquoise Mexican-CaribbeanSea.
Karisma Gourmet Inclusive® Experience. A natural upgrade from The Karisma Experience,
the Karisma Gourmet Inclusive® Experience addresses quality over quantity. It’s not about
the number of restaurants or number of endorsements.
It’s a commitment to the best cuisine and the finest ingredients. Personal service is a
cornerstone of this philosophy, where attentive staff are always anticipating your needs
without being intrusive. Upgrades range from special culinary events and exclusive dining
opportunities to personal chefs preparing meals in a private villa.
Outdoor Areas
Perfect for a sunrise breakfast, lazy afternoon lounging or pre-dinner cocktails, the outdoor living area at Azul Villa
Carola completes the perfect vacation. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining with an outdoor brick pizza oven, gas grill,
a dining table to seat twelve and an additional pergola covered dining area for ten. The second floor of the villa also
hosts balconies overlooking the ocean and private beach.
Common Living Areas
The two spacious common areas are designed for
entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.
They host modern furnishings including a double sofa,
LCD flat screen, cable & satellite TV, and iPod docking
station. When the living room is not being used for
entertainment, it is also ideal to sleep two children on
the sofa bed.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Designed with big parties in mind, this contemporary
area offers a fully equipped granite gourmet kitchen
with stainless steel appliances, Nespresso coffee machine,
dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a six burner stove.
Guests have several gourmet options to complement the
perfect vacation including optional in-villa chef service or
dining at the five Gourmet Inclusive® restaurants at the
neighboring Azul Beach Hotel.

The interior of the villa blends beach chic with tropical elegance. All six oversized bedrooms feature a private terrace or
balcony, fine Italian linens, LCD flat screen TV, cable and satellite TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, safety deposit box,
bath amenity kit, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and individually controlled air conditioning.
MASTER BEDROOMS (2)
The two 899 square foot master bedroom contemporary suites feature both interior and exterior Jacuzzis for two.
Other comforts include a walk-in closet, double sofa, oversized balcony or terrace, private marble bathroom with
rainforest shower, double sink, deluxe bathrobes and slippers, full body and vanity magnifying mirror.

DELUXE BEDROOMS (2)
These two 400 square foot deluxe bedrooms feature king sized beds and have private marble & mahogany bathrooms
with a single sink and shower. The deluxe bedrooms also have a private ocean view terrace with a Bali style hammock.

CLASSIC BEDROOMS (2)
These two 361 square foot Classic Bedrooms have semiprivate marble & mahogany bathrooms with a single sink and

Gourmet Inclusive® Groups
Azul Villa Carola offers the perfect atmosphere for groups, with space to host events for up to 40 people. Designed for
family gatherings, meetings, and more, the villa staff can cater to any needs. Private entertainment is also available,
including live music, a DJ, themed parties, private Tequila tastings, and more.
Access to Azul Beach Hotel
In addition to the private amenities at Azul Villa Carola, guests also have full access to the neighboring Azul Beach Hotel,
by Karisma. The hotel offers five dining options where our star chefs indulge guests with Gourmet Inclusive® service and
cuisine. Restaurants and bars at Azul Beach Hotel include Blue International, serving world cuisine, Tainan Asian restaurant,
Roma, delivering Italian favorites, Latino, with food from Latin America, Chil, featuring contemporary cuisine, and La Mancha
Energy Bar, which offers smoothies and quick bites. Bars include Agavero Tequila Lounge, with a frozen bar top, Aquanox,
Chil Bar and Bubbles Swim-up Bar.
There are a variety of entertainment options at Azul Beach Hotel, including a full-service spa, pools and swim-up bars,
and daily entertainment. For children, the Azulitos Play House features special programming through its' partnership
with Fisher-Price and My Gym for kids 4-12.
In addition to the hotel amenities, Azul Villa Esmeralda is located near a myriad of local attractions. The Riviera
Maya offers entertainment ranging from golf, Mayan ruins, natural parks, and more. The Majordomo serves as a
personal concierge to make reservations and arrange entertainment and destination excursions.
