TOURIST INFORMATION
La Spezia is the departure point to visit “The Cinque Terre
National Park” which is one of the most desired destinations of
Italy for tourists.
Train is the easiest way to get to The Cinque Terre. Trains leave
frequently from La Spezia Centrale during the day and reach the
National Park in a few minutes. The train service runs between
the five villages - Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza,
Monterosso - and stops in each of them.

A bus service (LAM Rossa) connects the airport to “Pisa
Centrale” train station. Trains from Pisa Centrale reach La
Spezia in 1,15 hour.

“Cristoforo Colombo” International Airport in Genova
www.airport.genova.it is connected by VOLABUS shuttle bus to
Genova Piazza Principe and Genova Brignole train stations.
Trains from both stations reach La Spezia in about 1,30 hour.

Admittance: The course is for pathologists. The number of
participants is limited to 15 pathologists and each of the attendees
will have a seat at the multihead microscope. Participants are
invited to bring cases for discussion.
