Los intérpretes no están en una cabina, su micrófono sirve de transmisor y escuchan al orador sin ningún apoyo auditivo. Su señal puede escucharse a 50 m. a la redonda. Equipo ambulante Williams Sound (Body pack) Consta de dos piezas, lo que permite seleccionar distintos tipos de audífono. Este equipo es ideal para reuniones de 4 ó 5 personas en las que el intérprete tenga movilidad y para visitas guiadas. Ej.
