The carburetor has not been adjusted properly. 6. The servo link has not been adjusted properly. 1. Fill the tank with fuel and press prime button. 2. replace a new spark plug or charge the portfire. 3. Clean the clogged parts or change with new one. 4. Remove the spark plug and dispose the fuel. replace a new one if need. 5. Set the idle, main and slow needle to standard starting position. 6. Set the servo to neutral position and readjust it. Engine flameout just after starting 1. No fuel in the fuel tank. 2. The fuel pipe, air filter or muffler is choked. 3. The carburetor has not adjusted properly. 4. The engine is overheated. 1. Fill the tank with fuel. 2. Clean or change the clogged parts. 3. Readjust the idle, main and slow needle, set them to starting position. 4. Cool down the engine. Unscrew the main needle adjusting screw, turn left for 30 degree. 1. Readjust the idle, main and slow needle. Bad reaction 1. The carburetor has not been adjusted properly. 2. Assemble the pipe between the muffler and fuel and response 2. Little oil pressure in muffler. tank properly. from engine Car is hard to contorl 1. The batteries of the transmitter or receiver 1. WARNING: Never use the vehicle in following situation! Avoid changing the running direction frequently or abruptly. -On roads or railways. -The place where children or people gather. -In residential, parks. -Indoors or in incapable places. Don’t run your car at following places: -Overgrown with grass. -Muddy, sandy or rocky. Operating in disorder may cause personal injury and improperly losing. Checks all screws and screw caps are tighten. WARNING: To avoid accidents and personal injuries, please observe the following items: Handle with fuel safety: Keep alert that if someone is operating a car nearby. Never use the same frequency with others simultaneously. Otherwise, the signals will be disturbed, then the car out of control which may cause accidents. Make sure the batteries of transmitter and receiver is fully charge. lf not, the transmitter and receiver won’t work efficiency, in that case, it may cause the car out of control, even cause serious accident. - Only use the fuel outdoors! - The mixture of petrol and lubricating oil should be 25:1. Suitable is super or super plus petrol. - Never use fuel indoors, nearby fire brand or heat producer. - Never swallow fuel or been splashed into eyes - Store fuel where is cool, dry and shadow, also out of children’s reach! Tighten the cap! - Never throw empty fuel cans into fire! Otherwise, it may cause explosion. Stop the car at once if there is any abnormal with your car. check it. Solved all problems before operating the cars. Otherwise, further troubles may cause accidents. Never put fingers into rotating moving parts! Never touch engine and muffler after use, be careful of burn yourself! 02 1. Adjust carburetor Please read the instructions carefully before staring engine. Before staring Carburetor is already prepared in standard and not required to adsjust Readjust according to user’s requirement Main needle calibrating screw 1-1.5mm Opening (rich) Opening (rich) Closing (lean) Closing (lean) Decreasing RPM unscrewing Micro adjusting screw Idling adjusting screw Increasing RPM screwing 2. Adjusting idling - 1-1.5mm is set to standard at factory, and is made to a little bit increased RPM for easy starting. Decreasing RPM unscrewing - Adjust to fuel and piston. For high neutral, turn left/unscrew calibrating neutral screw. For slow neutral, turn right/screw-in the screw. Calibrating neutral screw Increasing RPM screwing Adjusting idling Closing (lean) 3. Main needle Opening (rich) Main needle Calibrating screw - Maximum RPM is adjusted with main needle - At the first drive, run as set. Turning clockwise will be increasing RPM and turning counter-clockwise will decreasing RPM. Turning clockwise extremely will over-heat finally to breakage of inside of engine. Adjust the main adjusting screw 03 4. Adjust micro adjusting screw Micro adjusting screw Low/middle RPM is adjusted with trimming needle. For the first drive, try to run as set. Stop driving, and the neutral tends to stop… finally to stoppage, adjust trimming needle to continue. Pay attention to balancing for adjusting both main and trimming needles Note: When needles are changed, be sure to remember the original positions, and turn needles by 30 degrees each time. Closing (lean) Adjust micro adjusting screw Opening (rich) STARTING ENGINE 1. The process of run-in before driving When you get a new engine, we might remind you that, no matter what kind of engine, it is important to clean inside of the engine. They will damage the engine if the dust and scruff get into it. Secondly, for the run-in process, we adopt traditional methods. In other words, we carry out the cool run-in process under the condition of rich gas. However, the adjustment situation of the needle valve accords with the situation of leaving factory. Turn down the needle value until the carburetor is in full speed without stop, and go on with 5 tanks oil during those process, you should let the engine stop for a while before carry on following process. Glow plug starter When going load milling, the curtate range of the needle valve should not be adjusted excessively, approximately 1/4 round is best under preview work or reaching the properly middle/low speed. However, the main needle only need be curtailed a little. We suggest that the temperature is no more than 90 centidegree . 15-30% Fuel Fuel pump Air filter oil Left Right 2. Switch on transmitter and receiver Extend out the antennas of transmitter and receiver. Then, switch on transmitter and receiver. Be sure to confirm carburetor on neural position when receiver is put on. Transmitter Model No.:301132 04 3. Adding fuel Use the special fuel for the model. After filling, please fasten the cover of the fuel tank. 4. Chock button Send the fuel into the inlet of carburetor by pushing chock button. Push the button twice more until fuel reaches the gate. The inlet of the carburetor 5. Starting engine Heat up the glow plug by the starter, and then pull the recoil starter handle to starter the engine. Adjust the throttle trim 2 or 3 degree for easy start. Increasing RPM until idling stabilize after starting, then, return to normal. NOTE: Put the car on the ground and allowed all wheel ratate freely, and never adjust the accelerograp to the maxim position. 05 6. Over choked Engine cylinder is flooded with fuel, plug is wet and recoil starter is heavy, remove plug/pull recoil starter for 20-30 times to discharge the fuel. 7. Stopping engine Placing neutral position, remove air cleaner and turn off air intake opening . or block exhaust opening. NOTE: use gloves to protect hands, as exhaust pipe is very hot. 8. Maintenance Keeping the engine clean. 06 Front and Rear Diff. 1 (Builds two differentials for front and rear) ① ③ 103080 103080 (E2.5) 103080 ② ④ Grease Tighten the Diff. screw as shown. 103042 103079 103100 103082 ×2 Bearingφ15*φ10*4 Diff. bevel gear axle ×3 Washers φ16*φ10*0.5 ×1 Diff. gear axle 103080 ×1 103079 103100 (TPF2*8) ×2 103042 E-clipφ2.5 ×4 Philips head screw TPF2*8 103080 Fill the Diff. case to approx 80% with the Diff. oil.
