You could say that Crow’s Landing in Hingham is part of a new frontier in
the restaurant business. This no-nonsense bistro recognizes the importance of
authentic, healthy eating. One of the restaurant’s many appeals is the “upscale
casual” comfort food menu. All of their appetizers and pub-style dishes are
both delicious and nutritious, so it may initially come as surprise that their
kitchen doesn’t own or operate a fryolator. This was done intentionally, as Chef
Erik Stenfors designed the entire menu with a focus on creating a variety of
delectable, high-quality dishes. The restaurant even caters to children’s needs
with a personalized kids menu. For late night refreshments, adults can grab a
seat at the posh high-top bar and help themselves to an extensive selection of
