VenoSteamTM provides patient satisfaction, thanks to a high rate of success with lasting benefits after a single treatment. System features Patient benefits Combined endovenous treatment : GSV + tributaries Painless Recurrences and complex cases Naturel agent (water) Homogeneous diffusion of heat directly to the vein wall Good cosmetic results Ambulatory procedure (office-based or OR) No inflammatory reactions Feasible under local anesthesia High post-operative comfort Fast recovery to daily activities Easy and economic procedure FlexiVein catheter for great saphenous veins 60 cm-long catheter with a 1.2 mm diameter, with 2 radial opposite holes on the distal portion. FlexiVeinTM allows access to large veins by diffusing pulses of steam. Thanks to the high flexibility of this catheter, the most tortuous veins can be treated. Direct insertion of FlexiVeinTM through a 4F puncture site (or 16G), no guide wire needed. VenoSteamTM - Simply steam The steam pulse system for vein occlusion comprises a generator, a smart handpiece and two single-use catheters. The pulses of steam ensure direct and homogeneous heat diffusion on the vein wall and can be adapted to the vein diameter. FlexiVeinTM catheter catheter for tributaries and recurrences 12 cm-long catheter with a 0.8 mm diameter, with an axial hole at the distal end for the treatment of tributaries and recurrences*. TribVeinTM enables steam diffusion to up to 4 cm of tortuous veins. TribVeinTM is a very thin catheter allowing treatment of narrow veins. TribVeinTM is short and facilitates handling. Safe and direct insertion through a 3F puncture site (or 18G). * including the most complex cases and the varicose clusters. TribVeinTM catheter A simple procedure 1 Mark the vein under ultrasonic guidance 2 Introduce the catheter into the vein (no guide wire needed) 3 Perform tumescent anesthesia 4 Deliver pulses of steam High patient satisfaction TESTIMONIES « The VenoSteam system is THE endovenous solution that I chose to treat varicoses and also reccurences. It is simple, efficient, fast, painless, reproducible and innovative. Its operating cost is inferior to other treatments and so it can be suggested to a largest number of patients. Globaly, they are delighted by the fast recovery. » Dr Destrieux (Clinique Générale, Annecy, FRANCE) « The VenoSteam system is easy to use and not expensive. It is also efficient in cases where other methods do not succeed (ie: large varicoses). » Prof. Rybak (Ars Medica, Wroclaw, POLAND) « The VenoSteam system fits perfectly into my interventional strategy for treating veinous insufficiency. The technology is efficacious, safe, and patients can return almost immediately to their daily activities. » Dr Fichere (Clinique Sainte Marthe, Dijon, FRANCE) « Steam ablation is a remarkable technique which allows high success rate and maximum comfort for patients. It is obvious that over the time minimally invasive thermal ablation techniques will be more and more preferred by both the physicians and the patients. » Prof. Bengisun (Ankara University, TURKEY) « The objective results are excellent after 270 procedures and an adjustment from the surgeon to the methodology: 98% of very good results at 3 and 6 months, more especially on the saphenofemoral junction. » Dr Lanoye (Centre Hospitalier William Morey, Chalon sur Saône, FRANCE) “Obviously less painful than laser therapy” Dr Van den Bos (Erasmus MC Rotterdam, The NETHERLANDS) « Treating large tributaries with the new TribVein™ catheter is a significant improvement over surgical phlebectomy in terms of quality of life for the patient and of functional and cosmetic results. » Dr Milleret (Clinique Pasteur, Pézenas, FRANCE) “Steam is my preferred modality ; I use it for all superficial insufficient veins. The opportunity to treat varicose veins with steam is a real bonus.” Dr Pedersen (Haukeland University Hospital, NORWAY)
