3. Deje una sección de cabello
sin papel aluminio en la parte
superior, luego gire levemente
hacia la derecha y tome una
segunda sección entretejida y
aplique la fórmula aclarante.
Consejo de Denis: “Al
seleccionar las secciones
de cabello a aclarar, trate de
imaginar en dónde caerán
las zonas aclaradas de
cabello una vez terminado
el trabajo. El objetivo es
no dejar líneas o brechas
obvias, sino crear una
transición perfecta desde el
tono oscuro al tono claro.
1. Divida el cabello en tres
secciones, como se indica.
Divida el cabello en la
coronilla (de oreja a oreja),
luego haga una subdivisión
del cabello desde la coronilla
hasta la línea de nacimiento
frontal y descendiendo por la
parte central.
4. Continúe tomando divisiones
entretejidas y aplicando la
fórmula aclarante en toda la
sección de atrás. Trabaje en
forma ascendente hasta la
coronilla, cambiando desde
el centro a un lado y a otro
lado con un patrón en forma
de zig zag, con un total de
aproximadamente 8 papeles de
aluminio.
Consejo de Denis: “La
cantidad de papeles de
aluminio variará dependiendo
de la densidad y textura
del cabello, así como del
resultado final deseado. Las
cantidades que se indican
para esta técnica son
aproximadas, el objeto es
ofrecer una pauta general”.
2. Haga una subdivisión en la
parte posterior en un punto
entre la base de la coronilla y
el hueso occipital y sostenga
el cabello con una horquilla
por encima del hueso occipital.
Tome una sección entretejida
desde el centro de la división y
aplique la fórmula aclarante 2-3
pulgadas (5-7 cm) desde la raíz
hasta las puntas.
Consejo de Denis: “Recuerde
aplicar ligeramente el
aclarante en la parte superior
de cada división para evitar la
decoloración y evitar aclarar
demasiado el cabello”.
6. Separe el flequillo con una
horquilla, luego continúe hacia
el “marco del rostro” con un
total de aproximadamente 8
papeles de aluminio.
Consejo de Denis: “Las
secciones serán más
horizontales a medida
que usted avanza hacia
el centro e incorpora las
secciones superiores”.
5. Subdivida el cabello de forma
horizontal a la altura del borde
parietal, y sostenga la parte
superior con una horquilla. Tome
una sección entretejida fina
desde la línea de nacimiento
frontal (frente a la oreja) y
aplique la fórmula aclarante
2-3 pulgadas (5-7 cm) desde
la raíz hasta las puntas. Deje
una sección de cabello en forma
diagonal sin papel aluminio,
luego tome una segunda
sección entretejida y aplique la
fórmula aclarante.
9. Procedimiento terminado de
la aplicación de papel aluminio.
Procese el cabello hasta lograr
un nivel 8. Lave y acondicione
el cabello con K-PAK Color
Therapy, luego seque con
secador.
7. Repita los pasos 5-6 en el
lado opuesto.
Consejo de Denis: “Tenga en
cuenta que el cabello no cae
en secciones, sino que cae de
forma natural”.
8. Desde la zona del flequillo,
tome una sección entretejida
en la línea de nacimiento y
aplique la fórmula aclarante
2-3 pulgadas (5-7 cm) desde
la raíz hasta las puntas. Deje
una sección de cabello sin
papel aluminio, luego justo por
encima, tome una segunda
sección entretejida horizontal
y aplique la fórmula aclarante.
10. Divida el cabello en tres
secciones, al igual que en
el Paso 1. Comenzando por
encima del hueso occipital,
tome una sección de cabello
(aproximadamente de 1-2
pulgadas (2.5-5 cm) y aplique
la fórmula aclarante desde
la mitad de la hebra capilar
hasta las puntas.
12. Avance en forma
ascendente hacia la coronilla,
eligiendo secciones de cabello
y siguiendo un patrón en forma
de zig zag, con un total de
aproximadamente ocho papeles
de aluminio.
Consejo de Denis: “Elija
visualmente las zonas de
cabello para que los reflejos
caigan en diferentes zonas y
no en una línea directa”.
Consejo de Denis: “Peine
el cabello hacia atrás a la
altura de la raíz de cada
sección para que el cabello
se mantenga en su lugar y
así evitar la decoloración en
el cuero cabelludo”.
13. Trasládese a la zona del
costado. Divida el cabello en
forma horizontal desde la línea
de nacimiento frontal hasta la
coronilla (a la altura del borde
parietal) y sostenga la parte
superior con una horquilla.
Tome una sección de cabello
cerca de la oreja, peine hacia
atrás la zona de la raíz como
lo hizo anteriormente y aplique
la fórmula aclarante desde
la mitad de la hebra capilar
hasta las puntas.
11. Tome dos secciones del
centro y del lado opuesto
(con una separación de
aproximadamente 2 pulgadas
(5 cm) y aplique la fórmula
aclarante desde la mitad de la
hebra capilar hasta las puntas.
Consejo de Denis: “Aplique
ligeramente el aclarante
y use el cepillo en forma
vertical para facilitar la
aplicación”.
14. Separe el flequillo con
una horquilla, luego continúe
trabajando en forma ascendente
hacia la parte superior de la
cabeza de la misma forma, con
un total de aproximadamente
cinco papeles de aluminio.
Repita el paso 13 en el lado
opuesto. Tome una sección del
flequillo y aplique la fórmula
aclarante en las puntas
del flequillo. Procese hasta
lograr un nivel 8, luego lave
y acondicione el cabello con
K-PAK Color Therapy.
15. Divida el cabello húmedo
en tres secciones, como
lo hizo anteriormente.
Comenzando por encima del
hueso occipital, aplique la
fórmula tonalizadora 1 desde
la raíz hasta la mitad de la
hebra capilar.
16. Continúe trabajando en
forma ascendente hacia la
coronilla y aplique la fórmula
tonalizadora 1 desde la raíz
hasta la mitad de la hebra
capilar.
17. Trasládese hacia los
costados y aplique la fórmula
tonalizadora 1 desde la raíz
hasta la mitad de la hebra
capilar.
18. Comenzando en la parte
posterior, aplique la fórmula
tonalizadora 2 desde la mitad
de la hebra capilar hasta las
puntas.
19. Trasládese hacia los
costados, aplique la fórmula
tonalizadora 2 desde la mitad
de la hebra capilar hasta las
puntas y distribuya con el peine
para integrar ambas fórmulas
ligeramente.
Consejo de Denis: “Al deslizar
el peine por el cabello
ligeramente, las fórmulas se
integrarán sin dejar una línea
de demarcación”.
20. Forme una cola de cabello
suelta, sature el cabello con las
fórmulas tonificadoras y vuelva
a pasar el peine. Deje penetrar
las fórmulas durante unos
minutos, luego enjuague, lave
y acondicione el cabello con
K-PAK Color Therapy.

Lightener Formula: Vero K-PAK Crème Lightener with 10 Volume Veroxide
Toning Formula #1: Vero K-PAK Chrome B7 Latte with Chrome Activator (top half)

(bottom half)
1. Divide the hair into
three sections as shown.
Divide hair at the crown
(from ear to ear), then
subdivide hair from
the crown to the front
hairline down the center
part.
2. Subdivide the back
section at a point between
the base of the crown and
the occipital bone, and
secure the hair above the
occipital bone with a clip.
Take a weave parting from
the center of the section
and apply the Lightener
Formula 2-3 inches from
the roots to the ends.
Denis Tip: “Remember
to be very light-handed
with the Lightener toward
the top of each parting
to prevent bleeding and
over-lightening.”
3. Leave a slice of hair
unfoiled above, then
shift slightly to the right
and take a second
weave parting with the
Lightener Formula.
Denis Tip: “When
choosing sections of
hair to lighten, try to
imagine where the
areas of lightness will
fall in the completed
look. The goal should be
to not leave any obvious
lines or gaps, but rather
create a seamless
transition from dark to
light.”
4. Continue taking weave
partings with the Lightener
Formula throughout the
back section. Work up
toward the crown, shifting
from the center to side to
side in a bricklay pattern
for a total of approximately
eight foils.
5. Subdivide hair
horizontally at the parietal
ridge, and secure the top
section with a clip. Take a
fine weave parting from
the front hairline (in front
of the ear) and apply the
Lightener Formula 2-3
inches from the roots to

6. Secure the fringe with
a clip, then continue the
“face frame” for a total
of approximately eight
foils.
Denis Tip: “Sections
will become more
horizontal as you work
toward the center part
and incorporate the top
sections.”
9. Completed foiling
procedure. Process hair
until a Level 8 is achieved.
Shampoo and condition
hair with K-PAK Color
Therapy, then blow hair
dry.
7. Repeat steps 5-6 on
the opposite side.
Denis Tip: “Keep in mind
that hair doesn’t fall in
slices, it falls naturally.”
8. From the fringe area,
take a horizontal weave
parting at the hairline
and apply the Lightener
Formula 2-3 inches from
the roots to the ends.
Leave a slice of hair
unfoiled, then directly
above, take a second
horizontal weave parting
with the Lightener
Formula.
10. Divide the hair into
three sections as in
Step 1. Starting above
the occipital bone,
take a section of hair
(approximately 1-2
inches wide) and apply
the Lightener Formula
from the midshaft to the
ends.
12. Continue working
up toward the crown,
choosing sections of
hair following a bricklay
pattern for approximately
eight foils.
Denis Tip: “Visually
choose areas of hair so
that highlights fall in
different areas and not in
a solid line.”
Denis Tip: “Backcomb
hair at the roots of each
section to hold sections
in place and prevent
bleeding onto the scalp.”
11. Take two sections
from the center and
opposite side (about 2
inches apart) and apply
the Lightener Formula
from the midshaft to the
ends.
15. Casually divide damp
hair into three sections
as before. Starting above
the occipital bone, apply
Toning Formula 1 from
the roots to the midshaft.
16. Continue working
up toward the crown
applying Toning Formula
1 from the roots to the
midshaft.
17. Move to the sides
and apply Toning Formula
1 from the roots to the
midshaft.
18. Starting at the back,
apply Toning Formula 2
from the midshaft to the
ends.
19. Move to the side areas,
apply Toning Formula 2
from the midshaft to the
ends, and comb through
to blend both formulas
slightly.
Denis Tip: “Running
a comb through the
hair slightly blends the
formulas to ensure no line
of demarcation.”
Denis Tip: “Be lighthanded with the your
application of the
Lightener and use
your brush vertically to
facilitate this.”
13. Move to the side
area. Divide the hair
horizontally from the
front hairline to the
crown (at the parietal
ridge), and secure the
top section with a clip.
Take a section of hair
near the ear, backcomb
the root area as before,
and apply the Lightener
Formula from the
midshaft to the ends.
14. Secure the fringe
with a clip, then continue
working toward the top
of the head in the same
manner for a total of
approximately five foils.
Repeat Step 13 on the
opposite side. Take a
section from the fringe
and apply the Lightener
Formula to the ends.
Process until a Level 8 is
achieved, then shampoo
and condition with K-PAK
Color Therapy.
20. Pull hair into loose
ponytail, saturate hair
with toning formulas and
comb through again. Allow
formulas to penetrate for
a few minutes, then rinse,
shampoo and condition
with K-PAK Color Therapy.
