LaCenterra was built in several different
phases. The first phase focused on retail
space as well as office space. The second
phase was an expansion of the previous
retail space as well as the initial building
of the Central Green which serves as an
outdoor event venue to host gatherings,
concerts, and festivals.
Salas O’Brien performed mechanical,
electrical, and plumbing design for the
third phase. This consisted of building an
additional 37,000 square feet of retail space,
36,000 square feet of office space, and a
massive parking garage.
