When external things feed us (i.e. news, media, work on our weaknesses, the stories, bad advice, etc.) they come in from the outside and unfortunately we absorb them and get the negative symptoms that come with them. From these external things, we develop internal symptoms that start feeding the villain within, pushing down our inner confidence and start creating self-doubt. Ali owns over 200 properties throughout the U.S. and travels across the country to teach real estate investing. In this capacity, Ali has assisted 500 individuals achieve success in real estate investing. Prior to his real estate career, Ali served as Executive Director, In-Home Distribution for The Walt Disney Company with a focus on Emerging Markets in Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. Ali has held a number of different executive positions across Disney in multiple cross functional areas such as Brand Management, Distribution, Sales, and Global Account Management. Before joining Disney, Ali spent over 3 years at Procter & Gamble in brand management roles. He led the company’s most significant and successful brand launch in 2004, entering a $2.4Billion new category, with the launch of Febreze Air Effects – worth $200Million in profitable revenue. Before P&G, Ali worked 5 years in brand management roles at Tier 1 companies such as Hewlett7 Packard, Sara Lee, Levi’s and Haagen-Dazs. Ali received his B.A. in Sociology from UCLA and his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Tennessee. He also wrote the nation’s first studentto-student MBA Career Development Manual, which is at over 60 M.B.A. programs internationally, and used by over 10,000 students.
