Excellence is just a starting point. Perfection is our end goal. Each square
millimetre of our carbon fibre components is laid without a trace of stretching
or distortion. Thousands of carbon fibres are twisted together to form a yarn
and woven into fabric. This is combined with an adhesive resin then moulded
into shape with the most exacting attention to detail.
In the Vanquish, we make sure the weave of the carbon traverses the car
diagonally, from left to right. While in the Vantage, it is laid to create an
absolutely symmetrical V down the centre line of the car. It may be bordering
on obsession. But that’s what perfection means to us.

Power. Precision. Perfection. With our performance pack upgrade
your Aston Martin will deliver heightened acceleration and increased
torque. A special valved airbox is incorporated into the engine –
forcing air into the system at specific speeds, and delivering a
dramatic surge in power. A crisper throttle response and quicker
acceleration makes this option all about power. But add an
optional sports exhaust system and the exceptional performance
is enhanced further by a louder, more visceral, engine note.

The V8 Vantage power upgrade creates an even more potent version of
the already impressive 4.3 litre engine. Peak power is raised by 20bhp
to 400bhp while peak torque is also increased by 10Nm to 420Nm. The
revised engine management system also enables the engine to take full
advantage of the latest high octane fuels, providing a crisper throttle
response and stronger performance feel.

Amplify the exhilarating driving experience so synonymous with Aston Martin by
fitting one of our approved sports exhausts. Specifically designed to create an even
more dynamic soundtrack, our engineers have developed a solution to optimise
your driving pleasure. New engine calibration optimises valve opening points and
maximises sound qualilty, whilst closing at a low load and cruising speed to minimise
unwanted noise. The exhaust valves also stay open on the over-run to give a
distinctive and different sports characteristic to the standard silencer.

The birth

The story begins in one of the UK’s most advanced
aluminium wheel design and manufacturing facilities.
Each Aston Martin wheel is forged at 400°C and under
8,000 tons of pressure to produce an incredibly strong
alloy that’s 30% lighter than the standard wheels. These
are then coupled with tyres in very specific combinations
designed to optimise your Aston Martin’s precise
handling, and to create a truly striking side profile. The
next stage is to subject the wheels to exceptionally
rigorous impact and vibration tests. Only once it has
survived (and thrived) these most stringent procedures
can it carry the Aston Martin marque.

subjected to 27 of the most gruelling performance trials,
including the Gravelator – a machine that pummels
the carbon fibre with grit, fired at high speed. Only
after a total 1,600 hours of testing are our carbon fibre
accessories given the seal of approval.

designed to commemorate and celebrate Aston Martin’s historic victory at the
24 Hours of Le Mans in 1959 in the iconic DBR1. Expertly crafted from high
