BAYS OF HUATULCO
Day One:
Arrival
Arrival at Huatulco International Airport and a short transfer
to the hotel of choice. After a refreshing welcome cocktail,
embark on a customised city tour (2 hours). Visit the
picturesque churches in the downtown area. Stop at the
local markets and sample some local delicacies such as
grasshoppers and the famous mole.
Day Two:
Choice of activity, today is yours to join a Copalitlan
Archaelogical Eco Tour: Just minutes from the hotel
experience the recently discovered ancient city of Copalitlan
more than 2000 years old, predecessor of Zapotec culture.
This archeological site is the only one in Mexico hidden in a
lush eco environment filled with hundreds of species of birds
and wildlife. A knowledgeable guide escorts you through the
site, explains the history of the area and highlights the many
species of birds and animals. Binoculars and riverside snacks
included
3 Levels of Huatulco: Discover the real Huatulco from sea to
clouds. Begin the day with a brief overview of Huatulco then
head off to Santa Maria Huatulco, the original town of the area
and the location of the first town hall. After wandering the
streets, board a private vehicle and head up to the mountain
village of Pluma Hidalgo.
Nestled among the clouds 5,000 feet above sea level, this
picturesque village survives on the production of the
surrounding coffee plantations. Sip some delicious coffee
before visiting a local home filled with exotic native flowers.
Evening – gather in the hotel gardens for al fresco cocktails
and a mexican cooking lesson.
Day Three:
Waterfalls Adventure
Escape the beaten path and explore the real Mexico.
In open air safari trucks we will transport you into the remote,
traditional villages of the Mexican Outback and uncover the
ecosystem and wildlife of the mountains and jungles of the
Sierra Madre. The highlight of the day is a swim in the crystal
clear waterfalls and the traditional Oaxacan lunch at the
Coffee Plantation.
Evening - Sunset lobster cruise
What could be a more perfect way to end the day than with a
breath-taking sunset cruise to Tangolunda Bay? Sail along
the coast to the hotel zone area then out to sea to watch
the sun go down. This is the only way to see the sunset in
Huatulco due to the high mountains.

Cruz Marina to explore the breathtaking bays of Huatulco
on our private boat. There will be sunning, snorkelling and
