Our priority to the Davis Lake community is to preserve, protect and enhance property values! Our mission is to provide fair and equitable treatment of all homeowners as we realize an understanding of the homeowners’ association concept. Our dedicated years of training and experience enable us to maintain a consistent and professional approach to each area of concern in the Davis Lake community. As part of our service to the DLCA community, and by direction of your board, we drive the community and note the condition of all neighborhood properties. Those that are not in compliance with the governing documents receive a “letter of notice” from us, with a request for correction of the situation. However, we also send out “letters of appreciation” for those owners with well manicured yards and letters that addressed non- Page 9 compliance concerns. cannot immediately resolve. We have received some calls thanking us for our efforts and providing information regarding concerns with constructive suggestions for the neighborhood. Those calls certainly make us appreciate the quality of Davis Lake homeowners. CAM has also been consulting to the DLCA board on procedures and events pertaining to the swim and tennis club. Budgeting, club procedures, accountability, personnel transition and many hours of personal involvement have produced on-site, hands-on operational understanding. It has also allowed CAM to become acquainted with many homeowners. Unfortunately, we also received rude, abusive, and threatening phone calls. While we will be polite and respectful in addressing your concerns, we cannot respond to these calls. Please be aware that we may, regretfully, have to report those to proper authorities if they become threatening. CAM continues to be in a period of transition and is making every effort to address, respond and correct all situations of which we have knowledge. We ask that any homeowner having a financial or community (property) management issue to please call, email, fax or mail us immediately. We share with the Davis Lake Board those concerns that we We appreciate the positive comments that we continue to receive. It means we are doing our job correctly. If you would like to volunteer and help out with many areas of need, please contact CAM or any board member. We appreciate your patience, cooperation and support as we continue our transition with Davis Lake. As Davis Lake homeowners move into this new environment, we will be there to address your needs and service your community.
