FACTSHEET KF jet insert.
English FACTSHEET KF jet insert. Knot-free air interlacing for texturing HEBERLEIN® KF jet insert. Interlacing without visible interlacing knots The KF jet insert is the optimal solution for knot-free air interlacing of DTY yarns. Although the yarn is combined, it shows no visible interlacing knots. Consequently, the fabric does not have any interlacing knots, either. Knot-Free Interlacing In knot-free interlacing, the individual filaments are easily bundled by means of an air blast. Visible knots in the fabric are a thing of the past. This technology is suitable for filament yarns made of polyester. KF jet insert Features and Benefits • Very gentle treatment of the yarn, especially suited for micro-filament and polyester yarns • The air stream ensures that the filaments are bundled and can therefore be easily reeled off the package • Leaves no visible, disruptive interlacing knots behind in the fabric 2 • Cost-effective • High-quality ceramic parts • Simple maintenance HEBERLEIN® KF jet insert.
