Wing Suits and Track Suits Measurement Guide Print this guide to help you measuring (Requested measures may be different from a product to another) -----------------------------------------Please read carefully these guidelines before measuring • Use a tape measure • Ask someone to take your measurements. Make sure you double-check • Wear the average layer of cloth you jump with / the shoes you are likely to jump with • Keep your muscles relaxed while measuring • If after reading these guidelines, or if after measuring, you are still unsure about some measurements, please email us or give us a call 1. Height without shoes ____ Your height, standing up against a wall with feet together and shoes off 2. Height with shoes on ____ Your height, standing up against a wall with feet together and shoes on 3. Weight ____ Naked on a scale 4. Shoulders ____ From shoulder tip bone (acromion) to the other shoulder tip bone (acromion) (run the tape measure behind the shoulders, not on the chest). Keep the tape measure level, allowing it to follow the curve of the shoulders 5. Bicep ____ Circumference of the bicep at its widest point (extended arm) 6. Forearm ____ Circumference of the forearm at its widest point (extended arm) 7. Arm length ____ From shoulder tip bone (acromion : where the shoulder seam of a perfect fitting Tshirt would be) to the wrist bone. Extended arm 8. Chest ____ Around the chest, at the nipples. Keep the tape measure level 9. Waist ____ Around the belly, at belly button. Women measure smallest part of waist 10. Hips ____ Around the widest part of the hip bones, with empty pockets. Keep the tape measure level 11. Thigh ____ Around widest part of the thigh (empty pockets). 12. Torso ____ From hole between clavicles below the throat to the crotch. 13. Inseam ____ From crotch to floor with shoes on, standing upright with head facing forward, feet shoulders width apart, shoes on. Keep tape measure vertical. Use the very same crotch point for Torso and Inseam measurements 14. Half Span ____ From hole between clavicles below the throat to wrist bone, with the arm extended in horizontal position, aligned with both shoulders 15. Handles ____ This measurement is designed for users of a skydiving rig. If you only use a BASE rig, just write « 0 »for this measure. Gear-up with your skydive rig and tightly fasten leg straps and chest straps. From the external side of left harness to the external side of right harness, just below the handles (see photos on 2 next pages) 16. Shoe size ____ As written on the label (US or Europe size)
