The Nautilus 3 wet deburring and finishing machines are designed and built for the industrial
user to economically deburr or finish a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous components.
The heavy frame allows for fast and accurate setup and years of precision operation.
Standard Features
• Heavy-duty upper and lower frame weldments
• Heavy-duty conveyor bed is precision ground for flatness
• Constant pass line height with four (4) post design
Automatic Paper Bed Filter
• Four (4) precision jacks with covered gears & roller bearing guides
Includes filter media, clean tank,
sludge bin, and clean return pump.
• Three & four head configurations
• Standard 37" & 52" widths
• Large 10" diameter contact drum(s) are high speed balanced
• Ultrasonic abrasive belt tracking system
• Models with brush head assemblies include standard oscillating speeds
