With 10 weekly sessions available, kids ages 4-12 will have the
opportunity to work with professional coaches to improve their skills
in tennis, team sports and swimming. Our program is the perfect blend
of learning and fun, complete with games and special events!

I/we, the undersigned, herby certify that I/we are the parent or legal guardian of the camper. I/we
herby give permission for the staff of Cliff Drysdale Summer Camps to seek appropriate medical
treatment for the camper during the period of the camp and for the camper to receive medical attention
in the event of an accident, injury, disease or illness. I/we will be responsible for all costs of medical
attention provided. Additionally, I/we, for ourselves individually and on behalf of the camper, our
heirs, executors and administrators, herby waive, release and forever discharge Omni Amelia Island
Plantation and Cliff Drysdale Management and its partners and affiliated officers, directors, agents
and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions
and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, personal injury, disease, death, illness or

Scott Colebourne, Cliff Drysdale director of tennis
is entering his 10th season of summer camps.
Scott has directed award-winning camps all over
the U.S., including programs at Stratton Mountain
Resort in Vermont and at Kutshers Sports Academy
in New York. With his high energy style,
enthusiasm and infectious personality, Scott is an
excellent teacher and motivator. As camp
director, he takes on the role of commissioner
of team competitions, providing a fun and competitive focus for
campers, instilling team building and confidence building.

other activities related to) or otherwise associated with Omni Summer Camps including transportation
to, transportation from, participation, meals and medical decisions relating to the camp. Whether or not
such damages, injury, loss is due to the negligence, strict liability or other legal fault of one or more of
the Released Parties. Cliff Drysdale Management retains all rights to any video/photographs taken at
the camp to be used for publicity or advertising.
