How do the plasters work?
The human body has more than 360 acupuncture points, with over
60 found on the soles of the feet alone. According to traditional Chinese belief, toxins travel downwards in the body during the day and

How to use?
1. Remove the protective backing sheet from the adhesive plaster tape.
2. Attach the wood vinegar extract powder pack (coloured side)
to the middle of the adhesive side of the adhesive plaster tape
as indicated. Apply immediately after the protective backing
sheet is removed from the adhesive plaster tape.
3. Stick the whole plaster tape to the affected area such as the
soles or knees for 6 – 8 hours. It is best to apply plasters before going to bed and allow them to work while you sleep.
4. After the above mentioned time period has elapsed, gently
remove the used plaster. Avoid touching the dark part as this
now contains toxins that have been drawn from your body
during sleep.
5. Thoroughly wash the feet and then discard the used plasters.
