Minimum Order: $100.00. If your order is under $100.00, a $5.00 service charge will be added.
Shipping: Freight FOB Hughestown. If you have a preferred freight carrier, please be sure to note on your order.
Claims and Returns: All claims for damage or shortage must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Products damaged in
transit are the responsibility of the carrier. No product may be returned for any reason without a return authorization number. Any
products returned without our authorization will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
Ordering: Our order department is open Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, Eastern Time. Hours extended through the month
of December
Dated Orders: We will accept your seasonal order well in advance of the holiday and ship when you would like.
UPC: Select items are UPC coded as noted on price list, additional items can be UPC coded upon request for a slight upcharge.
