This kit provides the ultimate in comfort, vibration
dampening, and adjustability for your hardtailed
chopper or bobber. A compact rubber air spring
offers far superior vibration dampening as compared to traditional seat springs or shocks with virtually unlimited adjustability. The air spring uses a
bicycle style fill valve that allows the rider to easily
inflate the air spring from 1psi-100psi depending
on rider weight and desired firmness. Most riders
prefer a 5psi-15psi operating pressure for maximum comfort. This Air Ride Solo Seat Bracket Kit
gives you a 2.1” length of travel that is very comparable to a set of 3” seat springs but with better
vibration damping due to the fact that there is no
“metal on metal” contact at the rear of the seat to
transfer vibration to the rider. Slotted mounting
holes on the heavy duty 1/4” thick steel seat bracket allows universal fitment on almost any solo seat
that has threaded spring studs on the pan. The seat
bracket is powdercoated black for durability while
the weld-on frame mounting bracket is formed
from one piece of steel for ultimate strength and
easy installation. The frame mounting bracket is
coped for perfect fitment on 1 1/8” diameter frame
tubing but can easily fit 1” or 1 1/4” crossmembers
as well. The frame bracket is raw finish mild steel
for easy weldability.

Universal Forward Controls with
Mounting Kit by TC Bros
This kit includes a pair of universal forward controls and material to make mounts for them.
They can be used to fit virtually any bike. The
mounting plates are 4 x 6 x 5/16” thick raw steel
and the spacers are heavy duty 1/4” wall seamless
DOM steel tubing. The spacers can be cut shorter
if desired and the threaded rods can be cut to
length as well. The fitment possibilities are endless. You can make bolt on mounts or just weld
them to your frame. Custom shapes can be cut
for the unique look that you are going for. This is

Wannabe-Choppers CANIOX Module for CAN-BUS models
Since 2011 several HD models are equipped with a CAN-BUS a.k.a. “HD-LAN”. This internal communication
system restrains certain replacement of components like the handlebar control switches. CANIOX has been
developed to overcome this problem and to enable you to use custom handlebar controls e. g. from PM,
Rebuffini, Joker Machine, RST or Ness (to name just a few of them). Up to now customizers had to disassemble the OEM CAN-BUS hand control units, remove the original electronic circuit boards and connect
them to replacement switches. This has been a time consuming effort which destroyed the OEM hand control units, worth about 800 Euro (Set). It has been a risky job too because a single short-circuit due to a bad
soldering of the wires could easily block the whole HD-LAN communication. CANIOX is a self-contained 53
mm x 73 mm x 16 mm small unit with wires of sufficient length to conventionally connect them to the handlebar wire harness. Colour coded wires and an easy but sufficient installation guide are facilitating the
mounting of CANIOX. After installation CANIOX receives the switch signals of common handle bar controls
and translates them into CAN-BUS messages for the HD-LAN system.
• Self contained small unit with all parts needed to install: OEM controls can be sold after replacement ->
a good profit for the customizer!
• Push-buttons or rocker switches of all kind can be used: CANIOX adapts automatically – e. g. the front
light beam dimmer can be a push button. You can use visually attractive hand control switches for your
projects!
• All new original comfort functions (hazard warning button, clutch lever switch, head light flasher, display function button) can be realized by connection additional push buttons!
• With CANIOX you can turn on the hazard warning lights by simultaneously pushing both turn indicator
buttons: Although new HD models no longer have this function CANIOX will bring it back!
• Front turn indicator lamps (LED without load resistor or 21 W bulbs) can be connected to CANIOX!
• Enduring design: Fully waterproofed embedded circuit, large temperature range (-40°C to 100°C), protected against electro static discharge (ESD) as well as bad supply voltage according to automotive standards (including reverse battery voltage and 24 V jumper cabling)!
• Time saving installation due to simple mounting: Use of OEM plug for CAN-BUS and supply voltage.
Switches are simply connected to colour coded wires and all use ground signal. CANIOX supplies 4
“clean” ground connections for switches. Normally no setup necessary (just for using conventional
Engine Run/Stop switches)!
• High Quality product made in Germany: All modules are fully multi-tested. Support from manufacturer
by E-Mail!
• High investment protection due to updatable software: If CANIOX will be used for future bike models
with different HD-LAN bus protocol it can be updated by the manufacturer.

Softail Tank Adapter
This part makes installing a custom gas tank onto your 00-13
Twin Cam Softail as easy as removing the stock tank and
bolting this adapter on. The adapter bolts-on to the stock
mounting points and has a mount built into it for the OEM
ignition switch. You can bolt the Lucky F*cker tank directly
onto it or you can fabricate your own with the builders kit
that will allow you place the tank mounts and ignition switch
where-ever you like.

ENGINE TUNING Harley-Davidson
TUNING STRATEGY
• The tuning system focuses on Harley-Davidson engines equipped with
DELPHI EFI (diagnostic communication J1850 or CAN)
• The tuning system is based on diagnostic system DIAG4BIKE. DIAG4BIKE
is a professional diagnostic tool for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, the
basic tuning software DIAG4TUNE will be included as a free option in
the diagnostic software Version 12. To tune an individual motorcycle a
TUNING DONGLE must be purchased that can be used for that specific
motorcycle.
• The tuning process does not require the installation of additional component(s) or any motorcycle harness modification. Tuning is based on the
modification of EFI Calibrations (software modification) exclusively via
the diagnostic connector.
• The first step in Tuning is saving of the original EFI Calibration. The tuning operator can restore the original EFI Calibration at any time during
the tuning process (stock calibration).
• The tuning process is used to optimize Fuel Maps in case of any changes
to the configuration of the engine components or accessories(exhaust or/
and intake system etc.)
3 LEVELS OF TUNING
1.
Easy Manual Tuning (Adjusting). The tuning system provides the
ability to adjust Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR) and Ignition Advance Maps
manually in a limited range of +/- 20% (limit is adjustable).

using an AFR Tuning Monitor and then adjusting the AFR

This device is a basic component of the professional diagnostic tool DIAG4BIKE.
This interface was developed with a long term view to the future in diagnostics
and tuning. It is still one device only for professional diagnostics and tuning of
J1850 and CAN communicating motorcycle models. The purchase of the AFR
TUNING MONITOR is only necessary if the Advanced Tuning option is desired.

The AFR Tuning Monitor is used for the advanced Tuning level and consists of two
Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Sensors and a compact electronic unit. It is an option for
the DIAG4BIKE COMMUNICATION INTERFACE

Tuning Software that is embedded in DIAG4BIKE diagnostic software from Version
12 onward as a free option. The tuning menu is user friendly and equipped with a
tuning guide.
TUNING DONGLE 619083
The key function of the Tuning Dongle is saving of the original EFI calibration.
Thanks to this function the original calibration can be restored at any time. The
tuning dongle also incorporates the tuning license exclusively for one motorcycle
and must be purchased for tuning of each individual motorcycle and will be mated
to the ECM of that motorcycle.

Diag4Bike Parallel Diagnostic Systems
Professional diagnostic tool for Harley-Davidson & Buell workshops and tuning centers. Parallel diagnostics is designed for measuring input and output signals
from the electronic fuel injection module (EFI) and other modules. Measurements can also be made on running engines. The system consists of a set of adapter
cables and a breakout box. The breakout box is inserted between the EFI module and the motorcycle’s wiring harness so that the system continues to function as
normal. Monitoring points for all connector pins of the EFI module are clearly arranged on the breakout box. It is possible to measure signals and waveforms from
all systems and actuators. Disconnecting the ECU from the breakout box allows quick and reliable check of the integrity of the wiring harness in respect to continuity, and leakage currents.

Diagnoses electronic fuel injection module (EFI) and others (Security modules, ABS, etc.) through the diagnostic connector.
