ONLINE REGISTRATION On the official website participants pay the registration fee and find out : Details about the event’s organizations Terms and conditions The itinerary and schedule for each day Details about the social causes 2. PARTICIPATION KIT Every participant receives a welcome kit which contain: 3 Polo t-shirt, 1 shirt The equipment is branded with Tour Gather logo The participants are encouraged to wear the official equipment throughout the event 3. CAR BRANDING The cars are branded & cleaned after the event by a supplier validated by the event’s organizer The costs are covered by the organizers The design is customized for each team, based on their preferences 4. ROAD TRIP The itinerary of each day includes a pit stop in the most interesting place on the road Promotional engagement activities can also be organized in the departure locations At the pit stop, sponsors can organize activations to engage the audience In each of the 3 tour nights, we’ll hold a party which can be taken by a sponsor 5. WALK THE TALK After the event, we publicly communicate the amount of money for each cause.
