Zuraifah Abd Rahman

Zuraifah is an Associate in ZMM and
practices in the area of Conveyancing &
Banking and Corporate & Commercial.
She manages property transactions from
the preparation of Sales and Purchase
Agreements, sub-sales transactions, loan
documentations for retail financing to
managing post-auction conveyancing
as well as providing ongoing advisory
services to clients.
A graduate from Universiti Teknologi

Zuraifah
was

Mohd Hafiz Md Ariffin

Mohd Hafiz is an Associate based at the
Kuala Lumpur branch. He provides legal
opinions and advisory services to clients
and
handles
general
litigation
and
banking litigation matters. He currently
deals
with
issues
pertaining
to
the
Employees Provident Fund, a task that he
has been undertaking since 2008.
Mohd
Hafiz
is
a
graduate
of
the
International Islamic University Malaysia
and was called to the Malaysian Bar in
2008. He was attached to Messrs J.S.
Pillay & Mohd Haaziq prior to joining
ZMM.
An outdoor enthusiast, Hafiz enjoys rock
climbing, hiking and has twice reached
the summit of Mount Kinabalu.

Cliff Siow Jun Won
LL.B (HONS) London, CLP
Cliff is an Associate based at the Kuala
Lumpur branch. He is mainly involved in
corporate and commercial litigation as
well
as
banking
disputes
involving
cross-border trade financing.
He is
responsible for drafting cause papers,
legal submissions, assisting lead counsel
as well as handling hearing and trials. He
also advises on pre-litigation issues as
well as corporate matters.
Throughout his tenure with ZMM, Cliff has
been involved in the applications and
execution of injunctive reliefs such as
Mareva injunctions, Anton Piller orders,
Fortuna
injunctions
and
Interim
Preservation orders.
Cliff is a graduate from the University of
London and was called to the Malaysian
Bar in 2009.

Roger Leong Chun Lim
LL.B (HONS) London, CLP
Roger is a member of the Litigation team
and regularly assists the Conveyancing
& Banking team at the Kuala Lumpur
branch.
He handles general litigation,
banking litigation and injunctions.
He
also manages civil suits, preparations
and assisting lead counsel at trial as well
as handling foreclosure and recovery
proceedings.
Roger is a graduate of the University of
London and was called to the Malaysian
Bar in 2008. Prior to joining ZMM he spent
a short duration with Messrs Mah Weng
Kwai Seow & Megat (then Messrs Seow &
Megat) where he gained his early
experience in banking and general
litigation matters.
Roger is a motorsport enthusiast and
regularly participates in Go Kart races.
His team’s most recent performance in
the Sepang S1000 Endurance Race
resulted in an eighth placing out of fifty
six teams.

Mohd Shahir Md Tahir
LL.B (HONS) IIUM
Shahir is a member of the Litigation team
at ZMM. He received his early education
at the Malay College of Kuala Kangsar
and completed his Bachelor of Law at
the
International
Islamic
University
Malaysia in 2010. During his pupillage in
ZMM under Megat Abdul Munir, he was
exposed to litigation, conveyancing and
banking matters, as well as Foundation
Laws.
He currently handles banking litigation
matters and assists in other general
litigation briefs.
Shahir is an Ultras Malaya and rarely
misses
the
oppurtunity
to
attend
matches involving Harimau Malaya and
Harimau Muda.

Wan Nur Amirah Wan Din
LL.B (HONS) IIUM
Amirah
is
a
member
of
the
Conveyancing & Banking team at ZMM’s
Kuala Lumpur branch which she joined
upon completion of her pupillage with
Founding Partner, Muhd Zain.
She currently attends to conveyancing,
banking and corporate transactions.
Amirah obtained her Bachelor of Law at
the
International
Islamic
University
Malaysia in 2010. Prior to that, she was
Assistant Drum Major for the Sekolah Tun
Fatimah Brass Band and Orchestra for
which she played the trumpets.

Zunairah Megat Saidi

Zunairah is an Associate at the Subang
Jaya
branch
of
ZMM
where
she
manages banking litigation works and
Shariah litigation matters.
She also
provides advisory services to clients
which include rendering of legal opinions
and drafting of agreements.
As
a
Syarie
Counsel,
Zunairah
is
well-versed in Shariah family matters,
including
‘Fasakh’
(termination
of
marriage) and ‘Faraid’ (inheritance)
issues.
Zunairah completed her Bachelor of Law
and Bachelor of Law Shariah at the
International Islamic University Malaysia
and read in chambers at Messrs Md.

Suriah is an Associate at the Subang

She deals with matters pertaining to debt
recovery, breach of contract, breach of
tenancy
agreements,
Letters
of
Administration as well as land matters.

Asari & Co before joining Messrs Nor
Zihan Zain and Messrs Rashid Asari & Co
prior to her joining ZMM.

Alex Lim Chew Liang
LL.B (HONS) London, CLP
Alex plays an important role at ZMM in the
Litigation team where he assists at trials and
hearings in various matters up to the Court
of Appeal. He is involved in contractual,
commercial,
tortious,
shareholders’
disputes, banking matters and providing
advisory services. He also contributes to the
Conveyancing & Banking team.
Alex read law at the University of London
and completed his pupillage at ZMM with
Megat Abdul Munir before being called to
the Malaysian Bar in 2011.
A skillful futsal player and regular top scorer
for the firm, Alex also has a keen interest in
video games such as God of War, the FIFA
series and Assassin Creed.
