Immediate Release LOUIS XIII Redefines luxury (28 February 2013, Hong Kong) Paul Y. Engineering Group (0577.HK), which has been proposed to be renamed Louis XIII Holdings Ltd., announced that they have formed a partnership with the Pacaud family to establish L’Ambroisie at Louis XIII in their ultra luxurious Cotai property under development. Founded by Grand Chef cuisinier Mr. Bernard Pacaud and his son Mr. Mathieu Pacaud, L’Ambroisie has maintained its 3 Michelin stars status for more than 20 years and has been rated as one of the best and most expensive restaurants in France. Over the years, L’Ambroisie has been the top choice of European royalties, Parisian high society, international celebrities and renowned business magnates. Louis XIII Chairman Mr. Stephen Hung remarked, "We are extremely honored to partner with the Pacaud’s to develop the first ever L’Ambroisie other than the original restaurant situated at Place des Vosges in Paris. To assure the same high standards as the one in Paris, all food ingredients will be flown in from France and nothing will be sourced locally. In addition, unlike many Michelin 3 star restaurants that merely franchise their name, the Pacaud’s will actually be cooking regularly at L’Ambroisie at Louis XIII. Together with an uncompromising fine wine collection worth several hundred million dollars, we aim to offer our valued customers the best that French haute cuisine has to offer.” This is believed to be the first of a series of ultra luxurious lifestyle experiences Louis XIII is planning to offer it’s discerning wealthy Chinese customers. – End – (This press release is issued by Insight Marketing on behalf of Paul Y.
